Research On The Popularization Of Air Volleyball Of Education And Health Research System Of Yunnan Province

Air volleyball is a new type of net-separated anti-ball sport.In recent years,it is in line with the national fitness plan and healthy China’s 2030 development strategy.Based on the well-known "5W" communication mode in communication,this study constructs a systematic and complete promotion mode of air volleyball,in order to promote the main body,the object,the content and the effect of the promotion,and the research is based on the theory of Lasswell’s "5W" communication model.Promotion and protection of all links as the main line of research.Mainly used the literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,field investigation method,case analysis method and other research methods.In this paper,the promotion of air volleyball in Yunnan education and health research system is studied.The research object,based on the actual situation and theoretical research of staff gas volleyball,analyzes the influencing factors of the promotion of staff gas volleyball in Yunnan education and health research system,optimizes the extension path,and forms a practical model which can be used for reference and referenced.To promote the overall radiation and popularization of air volleyball,to expand the audience,to serve for the practical promotion of work,for the harmonious development of mass sports,to improve the development process of the national fitness plan.Under the guidance of the above-mentioned theories and research methods,combined with the practical investigation,the following research results and strategies are obtained:First,the present situation of the promotion of gas volleyball in Yunnan education and health research system: Yunnan education and health research system deeply excavates the potential value of air volleyball,which constitutes the main body of the promotion of air volleyball,using propaganda means,training media,Multi-dimensional promotion of the event,in which the tournament as the main means of promotion.Under the restriction of subjective and objective conditions,the main influencing factors are material factors,management and organization factors,workers’ factors,air volleyball’s own factors,and social environment factors,whichare mainly composed of five main factors: material condition,management organization,staff and workers.Through the research,it is found that the project is highly valued and supported by the trade unions in the promotion of the event,which is the push of the air volleyball sport.It provides the basic guarantee,and holds a satisfactory attitude towards the air volleyball between the promoters and the extension audience,and thinks that it is consistent with the needs and wishes of the workers and the promoters.Air volleyball,as a sports item chosen for the development of workers’ physical and mental health,has not met the requirements of staff and workers at present.Due to various factors,the physical exercise time of workers is difficult to be fixed,and the construction of hardware facilities is not perfect.Second,the development strategy of gas volleyball in education and health research system of Yunnan Province: according to the extension mode,the promotion strategy is put forward.Popularizing subject: set up the concept of "audience standard",perfect "top level" design,set up multiple linkage mechanism.Promotion content: pay attention to the theoretical research and technical improvement of the air volleyball culture,realize the soft and hard at the same time.Promotion methods: the way of interpersonal,organization,mass communication to promote the event as a long-term adhere to the direction,to achieve the sustainable development of the event,the promotion of the object: "carpet" coverage,expand the audience,achieve balanced development;Reasonable use of interval physical exercise time and cultivation of good quality His physical exercise habits.Promotion guarantee:multi-party cooperation,the unit enterprise union,takes the cooperative development road,overcomes the unit does not have the fund bottleneck,To overcome the difficult problems of lack of funds in sports expenditure and avoid the disadvantage of "no family embarrassment" in volleyball on the court.
