In recent years,under the guidance of the national policy,the board shoe movement has developed to varying degrees in some minority universities,ordinary colleges and primary and secondary schools in minority areas,and achieved good results,but it is only a partial development.Under the impact of globalization,under the background of the mutual blend and competition of eastern and western sports cultures,and under the limitation of nationalities and regions,the key is how to let the board shoe racing out of its birthplace,towards the whole country and into the whole world.The author found that the board shoe racing is very similar to the tram events in the outward bound training and has the same purpose and task requirements.As a new type of project,outward bound training soon became popular throughout China and was loved by the majority of the people.Some colleges and universities have been incorporated into the elective curriculum system.The author wants to draw on the excellence of outward bound training,inject new blood into the board shoe racing program,and form the board shoe racing outward bound teaching.This kind of teaching method is still in the initial exploration stage,so the author chooses a primary school in the minority areas of Yunnan to carry out teaching experiments,and studies the expanding effect of the board shoe racing teaching by using the expanding training teaching method on the students,and proves that the board shoe racing has the expanding effect on the students.The main purpose is to explore a new path for the inheritance and development of board shoe racing.First of all,this paper uses the method of documentation to consult and sort out the relevant documents and books on board shoe racing,providing theoretical basis for the research on the inheritance and development of board shoe racing.Secondly,this paper uses the method of field investigation to select the appropriate experimental site for this study and master the conditions that the experimental site already has to ensure the smooth progress of teaching experiments.Finally,this paper uses experimental research methods,mathematical statistics,observation and other research methods.This paper adopts the design of pre-test and post-test,and adopts the method of whole-layer random sampling.Two classes of sixth grade students are randomly selected as experimental objects.Two different teaching experiments are used for the experimental class and the control class.They are practiced twice a week.The experimental class carries out board shoe racing teaching,and the control class carries out routine primary school basketball teaching.After the experiment,the data results of the two classes are compared and analyzed in a horizontal and vertical fore-and-aft way.The purpose of the experiment is to find out and analyze the results of students' teaching experience on board shoe racing,the results and analysis of board shoe racing to expand students' physical quality,the results and analysis of board shoe racing to expand students' learning attitude towards sports,and the results and analysis of board shoe racing to expand students' team cooperation ability.The experimental results show that:1.the data of the test results show that there are significant differences in various indexes of interest experience in sports scenes in the board shoe racing teaching using the outward bound teaching method(P<0.05),which is affirmed by the male and female students in the experimental class.the teaching effect is very good and has great attraction to the students.It also shows that the introduction of outward bound training into the board shoe racing program is worth promoting in ethnic minority areas.2.the data of test results show that board shoe racing has the effect of expanding students' physical quality.the comparison and analysis before and after the control class show that the improvement effect of girls' flexibility quality is obvious(P<0.05),and the comparison and analysis before and after the control class show that the improvement effect of coordination and endurance quality is obvious for boys.The comparative analysis between male and female students in the experimental class shows that the improvement effect of 5 physical qualities is obvious(P<0.05),which shows that the traditional primary school basketball teaching and the board shoe racing expansion teaching can both improve the physical quality level of primary school students,but the board shoe racing can enhance the physical quality of students more comprehensively.This proves that the teaching of board shoe racing can expand students' physical quality.3.the data of test results show that board shoe racing can improve students' enthusiasm for sports learning.there is no significant difference between the test results of the sports learning interest scale in the control class before and after the experiment(P>0.05),and the indexes of the sports learning interest scale in the experimental class have been significantly improved after the experiment(P<0.05).This shows that the expansion teaching of board shoe racing in primary school stage can effectively enhance students' interest in sports learning,arouse students' enthusiasm for active sports,and form a good habit of lifelong sports.It is proved that the teaching of board shoe racing can expand the students' learning attitude.4.the data of the test results show that the board shoe racing exercise has the effect of expanding the students' cooperation ability.the results of the group cooperation ability index test before and after the experiment in the control class show no significant difference(P>0.05),and the group cooperation ability index before and after the experiment in the experimental class shows that the group cooperation ability index has been greatly improved(P<0.05).This shows that the board shoe racing project implanted with the outward bound teaching method in primary school can better meet the needs of students,give full play to the value of board shoe racing,cultivate the students' ability of unity and cooperation,and meet the requirements of training talents' cooperation consciousness and team consciousness in the new era.This proves that the teaching of board shoe racing can expand the students' ability of unity and cooperation.
