Waiting is one of the necessary codes of conduct for social citizens and one of the ethical rules that young children should learn in kindergartens.The phenomenon of waiting behavior for children in kindergarten one day is inevitable.Studies have shown that the transitional link is the most frequent part of the phenomenon of waiting behavior for children.Science guides young children to wait,which can not only cultivate young children's self-control and management ability,but also reduce negative waiting phenomena such as doing nothing and sloppy.This study randomly selected two kindergartens in a district of Kunming City,two small,medium and large classes,collected a total of 96 kindergartens half-day activities in the transition link,children waiting for phenomenon video as a whole observation,and shooting 12 children in the transitional waiting behavior event As an individual observation.On the basis of literature and on-the-spot observation,the researchers developed four texts such as the "Children's Waiting Behavior Observation Table in the Transition Period of Kindergarten One Day Life" to supplement the data.The results of the study show that:(1)children are waiting to happen in all aspects of daily life,and the time is longer;(2)Children's waiting behaviors mainly include doing nothing,social interaction and emotional expression,game or exploratory activities,discipline and restraint,and other behaviors;(3)Teacher behavior includes doing nothing,doing things,looking around,teacher-child interaction,and other behaviors;(4)Case analysis and description Children are waiting to present five different behavioral states.In-depth analysis of the above phenomenon,from which to find the problem: Lack of attention to children's waiting behavior;the proportion of children doing nothing is too high;the content of the activity,the form is monotonous;"pipe" and "release" imbalance;the lack of child status.On this basis,the factors affecting children's waiting are discussed and analyzed from the perspectives of kindergarten,teachers,children and parents.At the same time,it also puts forward suggestions for the waiting problems of children in the transitional stage:(1)Kindergarten: reduce unnecessary transition links and reduce the external burden of teachers;(2)Teachers: change educational concepts,respect individual differences,clarify division of labor,help each other,and teach them to fish,and guide children to learn to wait;(3)Common education in the homeland: refusal to arrange,boldly let go,home cooperation,and joint efforts.
