The transition link is the action process between one activity and another,which mainly includes the transition from home to kindergarten in the morning,regional,pre-meal and pre-napping.Good transition link organization can provide children with rich learning opportunities,improve the efficiency of class activity,and promote the all-round development of young children.It is of great value to make clear the present situation of kindergarten transition link organization and seek improvement strategy.This study used qualitative and quantitative research methods.It also used the Classroom Assessment Scoring System proposed by American researchers Pianata et al.as a research tool.Thirty five transition links in three kindergartens were transcribed,coded,scored,and data analyzed by SPSS21.0.Finally,combined with the recorded video,according to the dimension of the CLASS system,the qualitative analysis method is used to explore the characteristics of the transition link activity organization.The results show:1.kindergarten transition link activity organization average score 5.51 points,is in the middle upper level.In the behavior management,the activity arrangement efficiency and the teaching instruction way three dimensions,the teaching instruction way dimension average score is highest,the activity arrangement efficiency dimension score distribution is most concentrated.2.The scores of the three dimensions of the activity organization field were correlated,and were significantly correlated(P<0.01).3.The average scores of different transition links are significantly different.The transition links before and after the corner activity generally scored higher in each dimension,while the transition links before lunch generally scored lower in each dimension.4.Teachers present the following advantages in the organization of transition activities: being able to provide clear and consistent rules and expectations;being forward-looking and able to pay attention to young children in real time;being able to clearly inform children in advance what to do next;and being able to fully tap the rich learning opportunities contained in transition links.But some link organization also has the following deficiency: inadequate preparation of teacher activity;some teachers' behavior management way is relatively high control;the activity form is relatively single,and is difficult to arouse the young child interest.In order to improve the organization quality of the transition link in kindergarten,this study puts forward the following suggestions: improve the organization quality of the transition link activities in an all-round way,make accurate improvement with the help of scientific evaluation tools,break through the weak link through the centralized teaching and research in the garden,establish good class routine and create a relaxed environment atmosphere in kindergarten.
