Research On Network Public Opinion Governance In College Group Events

With the rapid development of the Internet,the Internet has become the focus of the impact of various ideas.Colleges and universities have become one of the focus of Internet public opinion,and the group events in Colleges and universities often cause great disturbance on the Internet.To a certain extent,it affects the normal management order and campus safety of colleges and universities,damages the reputation of the school,and is not conducive to the stability and development of the harmonious campus of colleges and universities.The Internet public opinion in mass incidents in Colleges and universities has the characteristics of subject group,extreme behavior,organizational mobilization and duality.Its evolution has undergone a process of gestation,diffusion,transformation and attenuation.How to properly handle group events in Colleges and universities and actively manage network public opinion has become a major problem to be solved in various colleges and universities.At present,the governance of public opinion of network of our university has achieved certain results,mainly for the establishment of network public opinion management team,network public opinion monitoring technology to enrich,to be able to use the "two micro end of the network public opinion and public relations guidance,adhere to the line under the combination of counseling;but at the same time,in Colleges and universities in the process of governance is still not perfect,the top-level design of security mechanism in place,evaluation mechanism is not perfect,the exchange mechanism is not clear,the emergency mechanism is not complete,the coordination mechanism is not smooth,rehabilitation and recovery mechanism is not normative questions.The main reasons for this problem can be grouped into three points: first,universities do not attach enough importance to Internet public opinion work;two,the situation of Internet public opinion is becoming more and more complex and difficult to control.Three,the development of adolescents' physical and mental characteristics and group psychology are more difficult to manage.Aiming at the governance problems in Colleges and universities need to strengthen top-level design construction,perfect rules and regulations,strengthen the protection mechanism construction,strengthen the management of public opinion,strengthen the mechanism construction,grasp the dynamics of public opinion research,strengthen communication mechanism construction,control public opinion source,strengthen emergency mechanism construction,to prevent the spread of public opinion,strengthen coordination mechanism construction,strengthen governance together,to strengthen the rehabilitation mechanism construction,strengthen governance sustainability,enhance the network public opinion event groups coping ability.This article from the characteristics and evolution of the network public opinion of college group events,combined with the specific case of empirical research,this paper analyzed the situation of college group events management network public opinion and corresponding countermeasures,to provide ideas and paradigms for preventive groups and university network public opinion event to respond effectively to build a long-term mechanism in the management of Internet public opinion.
