The ideal education of college students is a long-lasting topic and research hotspot.Many experts and scholars have devoted a lot of efforts and energies in this field.The reason is because the ideal education of college students is very important.The ideal education of college students is not only related to the individual talents of college students and the all-round development,but also related to the prospect of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the Chinese nation.At present,college students in financial and economic colleges have a higher degree of political identification and have a clearer understanding of the party's new ideas,but they are not satisfied with their own ideal status and the ideal education at all levels,which not only poses challenges to ideal educators,but also creates a favorable opportunity for optimizing the effectiveness of college students' ideal education.With the reference of research results from extensive collection of academic papers,journals,books,etc,of experts and scholars at home and abroad,this thesis uses Marxist social science research methods,and takes an empirical analysis to firmly grasp the key points of “contemporary finance and economics college students” “effectiveness of ideal education” to discuss the status quo and reasons of the ideal and ideal education of undergraduates in contemporary finance and economics colleges and universities,so as to find ways and means to optimize the effectiveness of ideal education.The thesis is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,which discusses the research background,purpose,significance,research status,and research methods of this topic,and discusses the significance of studying the effectiveness of ideal education for college students in contemporary finance and economics.The second chapter is to define the core concepts,which defines the connection and difference between ideals and faiths,and the connotation of the effectiveness of ideal education.At the same time,it discusses the important role of ideal education and individuals and nations.The third chapter is the introduction of the questionnaire and its validity analysis and discussion of the results.Investigation will be made on undergraduates in Contemporary Finance and Economics Universities based on the questionnaire,which was set from the status quo of ideals,the status of ideal education,the degree of political grasp,the influencing factors affecting the ideals of education,family and other four factors,the practical factors affecting the effectiveness of the ideal education,and the measures to refresh theeffectiveness of the ideal education,and the results of the survey reflected the views of contemporary college students on their own ideals,their ideal education,and many influencing factors.On the basis of the status quo,it analyzes the problems existing in the ideal education of college students in financial and economic colleges and makes attributions.The fourth chapter is the principle and method to optimize the effectiveness of ideal education.It puts forward four principles of insisting on an effective ascending process,effective elements,effective process,and effective results,and proposes the introduction of accurate thinking,accurate education,introduction of supply-side reform thinking,supply and docking needs,and integration of resources to create an ideal education.The ideal education of college students in finance and economics and the ideal education of college students of other universities have many common features,and they also have their own personalities.At present,not only the number of financial and economic colleges and universities has increased significantly,many non-financial colleges and universities have also established financial and economic majors.The characteristics of finance and economics colleges come from the characteristics of finance and economics professions,the utilitarian ideals are ideal,and the characteristics of tool rational thinking are also given new connotations.Only by grasping the connotation of continuous development,identifying the motivations behind the connotation and students,and then implementing accurate ideal education,can the ideal education get targeted with and be truly enhanced the effectiveness.
