A Study On Regional Difference And Optimization Strategy Of Primary School Physical Education Facilities Resource Allocation In Licheng District Of Jinan City

Primary school students as the flowers of the motherland,the hope of the future,sports activities in their development situation is the current society,family attention.School sports activities mainly include sports teaching,sports competitions,sports games and extracurricular sports activities,which can not be carried out without facilities resources such as sports venues and equipment.It can be seen that sports facilities resources are the necessary conditions for the development of school sports activities,which determines the scope of school sports activities and the actual level that can be achieved.At the same time,whether the school has stadium,sports function room,sports equipment room and so on,the area and actual utilization of each sports field and whether the function is comprehensive,play a very important role in the development of school physical education work and the development of students' physique.Therefore,the school sports facilities and other facilities are fully equipped for the development of school sports activities play a decisive role.This paper investigates and analyzes the compliance rate of various equipments and venues in Licheng District,the number of per capita equipment,and the area of per capita game activity area through literature and literature methods,field investigation methods,questionnaire survey methods,etc.The main urban area of the jurisdiction,including Shanda Road Sub-district Office,Hongjialou Sub-district Office,Dongfeng Sub-district Office,Quanfu Sub-district Office,Baoshan Sub-district Office,Wangsheren Sub-district Office,and most of the rest belong to urban and rural areas.A comparative study of rural suburbs.The research results are as follows:First,the compliance rate and plastic texture of primary schools in Licheng District City,Jinan,are relatively high,and the average activity area of primary students in the city is lower than that of primary schools in the suburbs.Second,both urban and suburban primary schools in Licheng District,Jinan,achieved 100 percent success rates in the provision of required sports equipment.The quantity,quality and maintenance of the equipment are better than those of the suburban primary school..The per-student sports equipment in urban primary schools is lower than that in suburban primary schools.Third,the sports facilities resources in Licheng District,Jinan,reflect the weak situation in suburban areas and the crowded situation in urban areas.Fourth,the main reasons for the differences in the allocation of sports facilities resources in Licheng District primary schools in Jinan are economic factors,geographical location,educational policies,subject structure,inter-regional teacher structure and demand contradiction,etc...Fifth,the strategies for optimizing the allocation of resources for primary school sports facilities in Licheng District include: arranging stadiums and equipment in strict accordance with relevant state regulations,optimizing professional teachers,rationally planning sports venues,multi-purpose for one room,and implementing sports activities according to local conditions and changing backwardness.Disciplinary concepts,the establishment of a community of educational development.
