A good relationship between teachers and students directly affects the formation of students' behavior and morality.Prosocial behavior is a positive individual behavior that is beneficial to himself,others and the society.It is related to the quality of interpersonal relationship and the social adaptation development.At present,existing studies mostly focus on its negative effect but pay less attention to its positive role.The conclusions of those studies are mostly based on the comparative analysis of horizontal data but lack of the support of vertical data.However,as the teacher-student relationship is a relatively long-term interpersonal relationship,it has different influences on students in different periods,which cannot be fully revealed from the horizontal perspective.The purpose of this study is to explore whether good prosocial behavior plays a helpful role in the learning pressure on senior three.This study focus on the teacher-student relationship between the senior three students and their head teacher.Based on three longitudinal tracking of the specific data obtained by 203 high school students,this study discusses the long-term influence of teacher-student relationship on students' prosocial behavior and its enlightenment on class construction and management.In order to clarify the influence of both ways deeply,the author draws the following conclusions that is based on the three longitudinal data to construct cross lag model: first,when it refers to the relationship between teachers and students in senior three,the main factor that affects the relationship between teachers and students includes the changing relationship between students and the teacher,the indirect influence of the family and the student's achievement.Second,the change characteristics of the prosocial behavior of the senior three students shows that the change is less influenced by the family and more influenced by the individual performance.Third,the relationship between teachers and students is closely linked with the students' prosocial behavior.It also exists lateral significant positive correlation with the relationship between teachers and students.What's more,the scores also influence the connections between the relationship between teachers and students and their prosocial behavior,and the differences between the relationship between teachers and students affect the students' prosocial behavior.Actually,the most significant stage is in the middle semester,the initial semester shows less and the final semester is least.As a result,cultivating students' prosocial behavior should pay attention to the construction of relationship between teachers and students that cannot leave the class management.Therefore,putting forward effective improvement strategy such as strengthen the construction of the relationship between teachers and students,promote social relations through emotion,promoting the mutual development between teachers and students according to their aptitude,adjust suitable class management,attaches great importance to the family of the relationship between teachers and students and the positive role of students' prosocial behavior and focus on the class internal construction.
