Research On Management Communication In The Reform Of The Financial System Of BL University

This study mainly to financial department in Colleges and universities as the main body,with several changes of the financial system of the University of BL set by questionnaire method,interview method,mining in the process of transformation of financial system,financial departments and teaching staff,departments and other functional departments of communication present situation,put forward the problem of management communication between finance department and other department and analysis the reasons,and then put forward the corresponding reform suggestions.Hope to play a role in the management of the financial sector in the future to improve the level of internal management of colleges and universities.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1,Focus on the description of the background of the topic,the relevant theoretical research to explore the field,in-depth study of related theories and studying the domestic and foreign related books,reference literature data base,clear research and solve the problem,the research significance,the research content,research methods,research innovation,and the formation of the framework of this study.2,Through access to large domestic and foreign respectively on organizational change and management communication reference documents and academic works,combing the organizational change and management communication related theories and literatures,data and of organizational change and management communication the basic concept and the basic theory of analysis and discussion,summary and analysis.On the basis of the previous studies,the results of the internal management communication theory are summarized,and the theoretical basis of the research is formed.3,Construct the comprehensive evaluation index system of management communication.Through the Delphi method to determine the "organization","communication process" and "communication channel" and "communication feedback" four dimensions influencing factors,each level dimensions influencing factors corresponding to three secondary dimensions influence factors,a total of 12 second level dimensions shadow ring index factors.So as to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system model of management communication.And the weight index of each index is determined by using the analytic hierarchy process.Prepare for the next chapter.4,In BL university financial reimbursement way from the traditional reimbursement to the online reservation reimbursement reform,business card reimbursement system implementation,financial reimbursement rules set,design the questionnaire by the collection,arrangement and analysis to the questionnaire information,and use of the management communication comprehensive evaluation index system model of the three batches of financial system reform process,BL University of management communication in the existence of the problem of analysis and comparison.To sum up the causes of the formation of the various stages of transformation between the financial department,the Department and other departments of BL University,the existing communication problems,communication barriers and management communication barriers.5,Put forward to solve the problems in the management and communication of BL University,and put forward some suggestions to promote it,so that it has a wider range of applicability.In this paper,the integrated use of organization management,management psychology,human resources management and other disciplines of knowledge,causes of the status quo in the internal management communication in China's colleges and universities,obstacles and management communication obstacles,respectively from organization structure,communication process,communication channels and feedback four aspects on how to improve the university internal management communication,put forward some useful suggestions.At last,the paper summarizes the full text,puts forward the innovation points and the lack of research,and looks forward to the follow-up study.
