Fantawild Adventure of Zhengzhou as the largest in the central plains of the fourth generation type entertainment theme park of science and technology,to enhance the level of Zhengzhou city science and technology culture tourism industry as a whole and boost national center city construction in Zhengzhou city,with strong support and leading role.There are more than 20 million university students in China,with more than 2 million in Henan province,according to data released by the ministry of education.Young university students is able to make independent consumption decisions.From the sales data of mobile phone client,the number of university students tickets has accounted for more than 32% of the sales of all types of tickets in Fantawild Adventure of Zhengzhou,university students have become a tourist group that cannot be ignored in the tourist market of Fantawild Adventure of Zhengzhou.This study agrees with the "compound theory" in the theoretical research on tourism consumer behavior,and directly measures the loyalty of university students in Fantawild Adventure of Zhengzhou based on the "tourist loyalty measurement model" proposed by Sun Jiuxia and Chen Ganghua.Specifically,this study adopts literature analysis,field investigation,the methods of questionnaire and Delphi method to the Fantawild Adventure of Zhengzhou tourist loyalty investigation and measurement,university students to find the influence of Fantawild Adventure of Zhengzhou university students the main factors of tourist loyalty,and then use SPSS software to analyze the survey data and test.The study found that: first,the behavioral loyalty level of Fantawild Adventure of Zhengzhou university students was 0.3711,attitude loyalty level was 0.5052,comprehensive loyalty level was 0.4583,the loyalty level was low.Second,the influencing factors mainly include five aspects:(1)the time costduring the journey(mainly refers to the waiting time of each amusement project);(2)characteristics of university students tourists(mainly refers to the influence of the behavior characteristics and personality of university students tourists and other factors on the overall evaluation of the Fantawild Adventure of Zhengzhou);(3)external uncontrollable factors or internal risks(mainly including political,weather,economic environment and other external factors and the potential security risks of Fantawild Adventure of Zhengzhou visit project itself);(4)The cost of play;(5)Travel experience.Based on the above five influencing factors,the paper puts forward suggestions on improving the loyalty level of Fantawild Adventure of Zhengzhou university students tourists:first,reduce the time cost of university students tourists and optimize the way of waiting;Second,launch featured theme activities from time to time to promote product innovation and upgrading;Thirdly,expand the project type and reduce the influence degree of external factors and internal risks;Fourth,we will improve the pricing mechanism and expand the scope of preferential pricing.Fifth,pay attention to mutual communication,enhance the play experience.Through this investigation and research,the following reflections are triggered: first,the view of compound theory has its theoretical persuasion,but in the actual investigation,the selection of survey indicators and the assignment of weights of survey indicators have a direct impact on the final measurement results,which indicates that these two works are the core of the investigation and research.Second,this study chooses Fantawild Adventure of Zhengzhou as case study,survey and measurement of the university students tourist loyalty,expectations for recreational park of science and technology university students tourists loyalty research provides research reference,but university students may not be such a theme park main body,this study is expected to similar type entertainment theme park tourist loyalty increase of science and technology.
