| With the rapid advancement of the market economy,the society’s demand for talents has also increased year by year.The state has proposed to expand college enrollment to better provide high-level talents to the society.Private higher education has developed rapidly as an effective supplement to public education.More and more people of insight,master’s degree and doctorate graduates have entered the private colleges and universities to work as teachers,which has brought new ideas to the development of private colleges,injected new blood and contributed to the new development.With the increase in the number of private college teachers and the increasing role they play,they have become the backbone of their teaching and education.Therefore,how to improve the loyalty of teachers in private universities,thereby maintaining the stability of teachers in private universities,and giving full play to the educational value of teachers in private universities have become a common issue facing private universities.The loyalty of teachers in private universities is their loyalty to schools,self,work,etc.,and is also a positive reflection of teachers in terms of cognition,emotions,expectations,abilities,etc.,which not only affects the growth and development of teachers themselves,but also relates to the entire private The stability of universities and sustainable high-quality development.This paper takes the teachers of A private colleges in Zhengzhou City as the research object,based on the phenomenon that the turnover rate of the school’s teaching staff has remained high in the past five years,this paper designs and carries out a questionnaire survey.Through statistical analysis of 335 valid questionnaires,the results show that : When the gender,age,marriage,teaching age,job title,salary,etc.are different,the loyalty of A private college teachers differs in the three dimensions of behavioral loyalty,emotional loyalty,and continuous loyalty,but the corresponding data all indicate that the loyalty of A private college teachers The overall degree is at a general level,which affects the work mood,work efficiency and overall stability of the teachers of A private universities.There is a risk of high-quality teacher loss,which will also affect the overall comprehensive competitiveness of A private universities.In view of this,the influencing factors of the loyalty of teachers in A private colleges and universities were explored,from the five dimensions of salary andbenefits,their own development space,work team environment,school leadership management and school culture recognition,and found that the above factors are all It has a certain impact on teacher loyalty.Then use AHP to get a clearer ranking of the influencing factors of loyalty: salary and benefits,school culture recognition,work team environment,school leadership management,and their own development space.According to the ranking results,it is proposed to improve the loyalty of private college teachers The proposal aims to do its own best to improve the management and comprehensive strength of the teaching staff of A private colleges and universities,and at the same time provide some reference for the improvement of the loyalty of other brother private college teachers. |
