Teachers are engineers of human souls, plays a key role in shaping the character of the younger generation. Stable school teachers, not only the successful completion of the national school year compulsory education, basic task of clearing the necessary conditions for adolescent illiteracy, but also taught students, improve the overall quality of the Chinese nation, an important guarantee for improving comprehensive national strength. The advent of the information age makes the teacher's role and social status has been a fundamental change. Teachers are facing pressures and challenges from all sides, the teaching profession of loyalty is gradually revealed, it is not conducive to the promotion and improvement of professional ethics of teachers work force. Teachers' Professional Loyalty vocational teachers establish a firm foundation of faith and establish a correct attitude, but also the stability of teachers, promote the important guarantee for the smooth progress of the new curriculum reform.asking Jinan City primary school PE teachers for the study, purposive sampling to select the right amount of samples as questionnaires were issued for Primary School Teachers' Professional Loyalty questionnaire.This paper is divided into five parts: introduction, the definition of relevant theory and concepts, research results and analysis, to enhance the countermeasure of elementary school PE teachers' professional loyalty, conclusions and recommendations.In the introduction mainly introduces the background, purpose and significance of the research study. Current Situation and Analysis of home and abroad, the main contents and methods of the study, innovation research. The second part of the teaching profession loyalty related concepts Definition and analytical integration and related theories.The third part is the core of this paper, the results of research and analysis. First, the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were analyzed. Secondly, factors primary school PE teachers' professional loyalty, primary school PE teachers there are obvious problems in terms of professional loyalty through the survey found that: Specific performance in several areas of gender, age, seniority, academic ability, marital status and other emotional, behavioral, the attitude of the presentation of the three dimensions of difference. Analysis found that primary school PE teacher's occupational loyalty is not high. Primary School Teachers' Professional Loyalty occur steering is not easy, influenced by multiple factors, including the individual's own factors, school factors, social factors.The fourth part is the focus of this article. Investigation found for improving the proposed countermeasures primary school PE teachers' professional loyalty, involving individuals, the community, schools and other aspects. By analyzing the various factors affecting the primary PE teacher, propose appropriate countermeasures against the problem, provide strong evidence for the reality of primary school sports to promote the development of education.
