The Research Of The Volunteers Behavior And Influence Factors For The 6th National College Students Who Take Part In Normal Colleges Of Track And Field Games

More and more people take attention large sports events which take important role in economy,politics and culture increasingly prominent.In addition the success of the large-scale sports event,not only need a large number of human resources,material resources and financial resources,but also must be scientific and effective organization and management mechanism.And volunteer management is an important aspect of the event organization and management work.College students are the important part of the volunteer team.So college student service activities is an important guarantee to event.But the motivation of college students volunteer is not high.The behavior of college students volunteer still exist various problems.Them have variety of motivation.Therefore,how to attract the students to actively participate in volunteer service and achieve the good working efficiency is the concern of the researchers.In order to college held large sports events will be better hold.I took some research for it.In this paper I took the implementation of college students volunteer who attend to the sixth national college sports.Using literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics and logic analysis to know to the motivation and impact factors of college student volunteer.Through the research I got some following conclusions.The first one is that college students sports volunteer behavior is mainly affected by college students volunteer motivation learning motivation,achievement motivation,honor motivation and motivation.Including learning motivation is the most play in so dominate in the motivation,next is the glory motive,altruistic motivation,achievement motivation and motivation.The second one is that personality characteristics such as personal values,prosodies,altruistic personality etc.are also an important factor affecting the volunteer service behavior.The third one is that leaders,coaches,athletes and audience do not understand what Volunteers behavior is.So they did not have a high evaluation of Volunteers.Volunteers find that heir work not been reflected of value.It affect the volunteer service behavior.The fourth one is that the volunteer service behavior been impacted by the process of the volunteer recruitment way which is not standard,Management positions in the process of distribution is not reasonable,the lack of professional guidance and training and necessary life safeguard so on.The fifth one is that the volunteers themselves lack of necessary professional ability and did not have a correct understanding of the volunteer's behavior which also affects voluntary service behavior.According to the research conclusion,I found some factors that affect volunteer's behavior and there are some problems of it.And then taking a analysis for it.The last I Put forward some advice to solve the problem for large sports college volunteers' management and service to provide reference for the effective development of College sports events.
