Large Sports Volunteer Service System Present Situation And The Research Of Development

Since21th century, sports volunteer service in our country have developed at ahigh speed. Especially when the2008Olympic Games, the2010Asian Games and the2011world universiade held successfully in our country, improved our nation’s hardpower and soft power to hold big sports event,also stood for a new stage of our nation’svolunteer service on major sports event. But when compared with volunteer services inforeign countries, our nation’s sports volunteer services are still at an early stage ofdevelopment and haven’t developed a good mass foundation and a perfect operationalmechanism. What ’s more, summaries and conclusions of theoretical basis andpractical experiences are also far from enough. So we should inherit valuable volunteerservices experiences after major sports events, find out careless mistakes, enhance andimprove our countries’ sports volunteer service system and lay a better and solidfoundation for our countries’ sports volunteer services.This research set the fifth world martial arts tournament volunteer managementexperiences as an example,based on the development and formation of sports volunteersand volunteer services at home and abroad. Adopting literature research method,questionnaire method, interviewing method, field research method, case analysis and soon, this research analyzed that our nation’s sport volunteer services have major problemsin weak capital, strong government behavior in management,lack of incentivemechanism and a perfect regulation and security systems of volunteer servicerecruitment and selection mechanism. After this,it analyzed the service overview,characteristic, service content and service mode of our countries’ sport volunteerservice.This research try to put forward the reform and development proposals ofdomestic sports volunteer service: construct a perfect theoretical and practical system ofsport volunteer service, set rational volunteer service work process, use the similaritiesand differences in volunteer resources reasonably, establish and improve the volunteerservice incentive measures, and complete the security system of volunteer service. Sothat our countries’ sport volunteer service can develop in a standard and institutionaldirection and become more and more prosperous.
