Volunteer service is a service activity that freely contributes personal time and energy to human development,social progress and social welfare without physical reward.Volunteer service originated in the 19 th century.After more than a hundred years of development,it has been highly valued.It is beneficial from the perspective of society,activity,and personal improvement.Volunteer service is an important part of sports competitions.Good volunteer service can promote the success of the competition.In recent years,with the steady improvement of the national economy and the continuous improvement of the standard of living of the people,sports competitions play an indispensable role in the daily leisure life of the people.Due to the continuous expansion of the scale of the event,the large number of people involved and the increasing influence,this poses greater challenges and higher requirements for volunteer service.In sports competitions,quality volunteer services have many benefits such as saving event expenses,improving the level of competition,and promoting cultural development.Therefore,it is imperative to carry out volunteer service for the event and improve the level of volunteer service.Guarantee the management level of volunteer service for large-scale sports events,and then successfully hold large-scale sports events.At present,the research on the management of volunteer service in large-scale sports events focuses on the stage management evaluation rather than the factors affecting management.Therefore,identify the influencing factors of volunteer service management in large-scale sports events,and analyze the influence degree and influence mode of influencing factors on management level to ensure the management level of volunteer service in large-scale sports events.Based on the previous research literature,this study divides the management of volunteer service in large-scale sports events into planning,recruitment and selection,positioning and training,configuration and coordination,incentive and monitoring and evaluation based on human resource management theory and project management theory.The six core stages.Using a multi-case research method,select 10 representative sports service management cases for large-scale sports events for analysis.Each stage of the management process is summarized and summarized according to the division form of the subject and the guest.After repeated discussions by the ISM team,19 factorsaffecting the management of volunteer service in large-scale sports events are finally identified.That is,the planning plan is full and reasonable,the government pays attention to it,organizes the experience,organizes the work efficiency,the organizational structure is scientific,the organizational objectives are clear,the work analysis science,the operation cost,the organization coordination,the organization supervision level,the quality of the volunteer training development,the performance evaluation,the reward and Punishment,volunteer service culture construction,volunteer service recognition,volunteer skills,volunteer service quality,legal policy protection and media attention.After that,the interpretative structure model is used to analyze the correlation of the 19 influencing factors.According to the influence and dependence of the management influencing factors,it is divided into multiple layers to form an explanatory structure model.Through the analysis of the model results,it is indicated that when managing the volunteer service of large-scale sports events,the leading management influence factors such as organizational experience,government attention,adequate planning and media attention should be given the greatest attention and control,while for other levels.Management influence factors give due attention.This study provides a more complete list of management impact factors for event volunteer service management,and reveals the interrelationship between management influence factors through the explanatory structural model of influencing factors.It provides important support for the improvement of the management level of volunteer service in the future.
