curriculum,volleyball extracurricular activities carried out situation,condition,8 colleges and Universities in Hebei Province Amateur Volleyball Team in Colleges and universities carried out investigation in volleyball,volleyball to carry out environmental conditions,such as,to find out the influence factors of the balloon volleyball in Colleges and universities in Hebei Province and puts forward some suggestions.Results considered:1.College Volleyball Curriculum for college volleyball curriculum goal is the development of students'physical and mental health,study the origin of volleyball,the volleyball basic technology,basic theory and basic knowledge of learning;volleyball class number is mainly to 34 to 56 mainly,from class setting,too few hours,is not conducive to the College volleyball development and popularization;teaching form mainly uses the theory and practice of combining form,teaching content generally theoretical overview and basic technical and tactical,physical quality,competition rules.2.extracurricular volleyball movement development situation:the extracurricular volleyball movement development organization is mainly in the form of teams and organizations to carry out;classes,clubs and non sports group to participate in the activities of the less;college students to participate in volleyball movement of the population accounted for only 35.7%,from the point of view of the moving mass of the participants,basically reached the standard,but also the need to improve the;college students to participate in volleyball sport motivation is mainly physical fitness,through training to enable them to obtain a healthy body.3.8,Hebei University Amateur Volleyball Team of Hebei Province 8 universities were Amateur Volleyball athlete has two or more sports level certificate,physical,technical and tactical level comprehensive;coaches,athletic experience to college sports volleyball professional graduation mostly,education most is graduate,teaching years concentrated in 5-10 years,50%of the coaches referee level is a national level.4.8 colleges and universities in Hebei Province to carry out a volleyball game is:intramural game a few times,class,grade,the college does not match;among the students,the game has not been carried out,volleyball is not universal;external competitions every year,but the game a
