Research On The Current Situation And Development Countermeasures Of The Men's Basketball Team Of Ordinary Undergraduate Colleges And Universities In Hebei Province

Since the opening of the first CUBA in 1998,with the progress the society.Colleges and universities have gradually been standing in the important strategic position of basketball development.In addition,competitive sports have entered the school gate to cultivate high level athletes,and it has become an inevitable trend for the development of basketball.The basketball team represents the highest level of a university,among them are the high level sports teams that cultivate and convey talents for the country,also,to represent the universities to complete the competition tasks,to honor the school,improve the school basketball atmosphere,enrich the after-school cultural life of the regular level school team.The former is mostly made up of professional athletes or retired athletes,mainly in CUBA and the college students super league.The latter level is relatively low,mainly composed of ordinary students.In our province,in May 2000,the first hebei university students sports meeting put basketball on the competition program,has been receiving a lot of attention.Then,in 2007 the ministry of education of hebei province has carried on the review pilot colleges and universities high level sports teams,only the hebei engineering university and hebei normal university in our province 2 qualified to enroll in university,and hebei normal university,now only women high-level basketball team.As a result,the role of the ordinary basketball team is becoming more and more important as the higher level of the ordinary team is becoming more and more important in the national games.With the trend of blindly pursuing high standards in colleges and universities,there have been many literatures and literatures on the research of high level teams.Closest public,however,as an ordinary universities sports force,in colleges and universities have to improve students physical fitness,enhance the level ofbasketball general ordinary basketball team has a major role,but there are few studies such basketball team,and for the next level in hebei province the situation of the school basketball team article few and far between.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the survival and development of such teams,which are composed of ordinary students with high level.Based on the mens basketball team of undergraduate course of common colleges and universities in hebei province as the research object,to 18^th,19^thh session of hebei province ordinary university games undergraduate course group,this article defined the undergraduate course of common colleges and universities basketball school team of 22 mens basketball as the research object of this paper.By using the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,expert interview method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis to provide a detailed understanding of the management team,athletes,coaches,game,facilities and security situation.Studies show that 1.The college leadership seriously enough,most do team goal is mainly to cope with duty and rich campus culture life after class,the target single and has no thoughts,thereby limiting the discovery of the competitive level of the basketball team.2.The athletes learning and training,there is much conflict in time,there are a lot of the mechanism of the defects,lead to the athlete is not completed in time training task,or cannot make a commitment to training.3.Most athletes form the ordinary college students,the overall competitive ability level is not high.4.Most coaches are their school teachers,use after school time training,while most coaches for bachelor degree in peacetime training,less experienced fewer old coach,a lot of coach for the middle layer of age.In addition,the incentive mechanism is limited and the motivation is limited.5.Little competition,low level of competition,result in the basketball team performance,the strong team fear,lack of competition confidence.6.Inadequate infrastructure,inadequate safeguards and the training of basketball teams,and the motivation of the team.
