Research On The General Education Modes Of Recruiting In Clasification

Since the end of last century general education was introduced into our country,in the development of our country has more than 20 years of time,and become an important part of higher education in China.General education is conducive to cultivate inter-disciplinary talent in university,but it is always import.To the general education with China's specific national conditions,combining the school situation,in the process of advancing the development of general education in colleges and universities,trial and error and reform,has created a variety of general education pattern suitable for China's national conditions,and categories of recruit students cultivate model of general education is one of them.Categories enrollment training is refers to under the guidance of the concept of general education,in order to develop"wide diameter,thick foundation" compound talents with innovation ability,carried out in accordance with the general discipline of recruit students and cultivate a talent training mode,it is a kind of suitable for China's national conditions and make distraction affection pattern of general education with Chinese characteristics.This article through the literature method,comparison method and case analysis to the categories of recruit students develop general education mode for research,summed up the kinds of recruit students as a means of implementation of general education,with a thick foundation,wide scope,interdisciplinary,and the characteristics of the compound.This model is not only beneficial to better promote the general education of colleges and universities,colleges and universities also helps cultivate inter-disciplinary talent.In Peking University,tsinghua university and fudan university as a case,the categories of recruit students cultivate the idea of general education mode,general discipline,curriculum structure,and divided into categories such as general course system for the system analysis,discusses our universities to recruit for categories of training problems in general education mode,such as students' learning time insufficiency,the general discipline no relatively uniform standard,divided into categories based platform class teaching quality not guaranteed.To solve these problems,the author on the basis of the model implementation experience at home and abroad for reference,and combining with my understanding of the model,put forward the optimization categories of admission to colleges and universities to develop the strategy of general education mode,including:joint or school through regional universities jointly formulate relative standard of unified categories;Colleges and universities to build lesson foundation platform of quality assurance system;Colleges and universities should pay attention to raising the level of teachers in categories of courses and so on.This series of the implementation of the improvement strategy,will promote the categories of admission to colleges and universities to develop general education mode,the process of promoting the implementation of general education education idea,promote the cultivation of the innovative,interdisciplinary talents in colleges and universities.
