With the rapid development of the current knowledge economy and the increasing competition in the global context,education has a great impact on the future development of a country.Since the implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education,the cause of basic education has developed fast,and the status of education in the whole society has become increasingly important.Since the popularization of compulsory education in China,the overall level of basic education facilities and the quality of education,the degree of education of students has been significantly improved.But the differences between regions still exist.Although the local governments have also taken corresponding measures in recent years,such as the allocation of educational resources between the various regions,the division of schools to choose school,but the imbalance of education is still there.Education is an important part of social public service,whether it can be balanced development,can achieve social harmony has an important impact.The development of basic education has aroused widespread concern from the government and academia,and research in this context can support government decision-making.Topic selection of thesis localized in Balance Analysis of Primary School Location configuration and empirical research,taking 119 primary schools in Nanchang as the research objects,based on the two dimensions of the city and the school district,So as to provide a reference for the balanced development of basic education and the related optimization of the layout of the study.Based on GIS,the database of regional area allocation and balance analysis was established.Firstly,the spatial layout of primary and settlements in Nanchang is analyzed without considering the characteristics of each point.The point density and point pattern of primary and residential points are analyzed,and the points in the study area are analyzed.Analyzing from two aspects:the point density and the point pattern of primary school and settlements.Secondly,based on the two dimensions of the city and the school district,the quantitative analysis of the location configuration of primary schools is carried out.In the analysis of the balance of the city,the primary school service area and the recent study to compare,the definition of the equilibrium index of the city primary school overall location balance evaluation,we can see Nanchang primary school is generally uneven.Based on the analysis of the overall balance of the primary schools in the whole city,the paper analyzes the system of equalization analysis of primary school location allocation based on the school district,and quantifies the balance of primary schools in a step-by-step manner.This paper analyzes the resource allocation balance of primary schools in each school district,and uses the degree of matching index to divide the level of primary school resource allocation in each school district.Based on the coverage model and the Voronoi diagram,the paper analyzes the efficiency of the spatial distribution of the primary schools in the school districts from the aspects of the efficiency and fairness of the spatial distribution of the primary schools.The coverage indices of the school service areas in the school districts,to get the spatial distribution of the primary school space.Thesis summarizes the problems of the imbalance in the location allocation of primary schools in the study area,and puts forward the optimization plan.Mainly adopts the retention,withdrawal and the addition of three different adjustment schemes,and adopts the location allocation model in the new school plan.After adjustment,the overall location configuration of primary school has been improved in Nanchang,and the service area of primary school has been increased.The number of students in the service area has increased and the layout of the school is more reasonable.
