Objective:The study explored the comparison of foot shape and gait characteristics in different positions of different foot postures. The information and data obtained provided theoretical support and experimental data for the prevention and treatment of foot diseases. The acquisition of data is of great significance for the development of ankle wear devices. Methods: The students of Soochow University's Institute of Physical Education were selected as subjects, and 22 normal and 17 carvus feet were selected according to the measurement calculations. The two groups were in different postures(light touch, standing half-weighted,Standing full-loaded,seated)Foot shape and(walking and running)gait characteristics were compared, the experimental data were processed with Excel,SPSS 19.0 statistical software repeated measurement analysis of variance was used to compare the results. Results:Comparison of normal and cavus foot(left):(1)foot length, girth width and other indicators in four different postures(light touch, standing semi-bearing,standing full load, sitting position)have very significant differences(P <0.01);(2)The height profile of the arch of the foot was significantly different between the bilateral high arch foot and the bilateral normal foot(P<0.05);(3)Regardless of whether the bilateral normal foot or bilateral high arch foot crowd,in addition to lumbosacral width, the foot length, palatal width and other foot shape indicators are significant in both different postures of light touch and standing full load Difference(P<0.05);fullness of mind was significant in comparison of light touch and standing full load, light touch and standing semi-weight-bearing,light touch and sitting posture, standing full weight-bearing and seated, standing semi-weight-bearing and sitting posture.Difference(P<0.05);Arch height was significantly different between light touch and standing full weight, light touch and standing half weight, standing half weight and sitting posture(P<0.01).The comparison between normal foot and cavus foot(right):(1)foot length, girth width and other indicators were significantly different in four different postures(light touch, standing semi-bearing,standing full weight bearing, sitting position)(P<0.05);(2)The height profile of the arch of the foot was significantly different between the two high-arched feet and the two different foot-types(P<0.05).(3)In the comparison between the four different postures,The results showed that the length of the feet and the width of the jaw were significantly different between the two postures of light touch and standing full weight(P<0.01);the full width of the mind and the foot was fully loaded and stood half-weighted.There was a significant difference in the pairwise position between sitting, standing, full weight bearing and standing semi-weight-bearing,sitting,standing semi-bearing and sitting position(P<0.05);the height index of the arch was fully supported by tapping and standing. There was a significant difference between the two different postures(P<0.01).The plantar pressure during walking between the Gaogongzu group and the normal foot group was compared:(1)The contact time between the normal foot group and the high arched foot group in each area of the plantar foot.Bilateral heel medial and heel lateral group There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);(2)The maximum force of each foot area in the normal foot group and the high bow foot group had a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The foot pressure in the high bowfoot group and the normal foot group during running was compared: The maximum force values in the foot sole areas of the normal foot group and the high arch foot group were significantly different between the two groups(P< 0.01);Conclusions:(1)Different postures(light touch, standing semi-weight-bearing,standing full weight-bearing,sitting position)affect the foot's shape characteristics such as foot length, palatal width, and full-heart width.(2)High-arched foot and normal-footed people,full-heart-width,and arch-height foot-type index are more susceptible to different postures. It is recommended to control the full-heart value when making the shoe last model, taking into account the comfort and stability of the shoes. In the design of the insole, consider the needs of different foot-type people.(3)Compared with the normal foot, the difference in structure of the midfoot between the high arched foot and the normal foot resulted in greater pressure on other areas of the plantar foot. This is an important reason for the higher foot arches to suffer more damage to the foot.
