In this paper,Tai Chi combined with decompression insoles are used to intervene in patients with diabetic foot ulcers, observe the changes of foot injury recovery and motor function, try to solve the diabetic foot The problem of inability to move in patients with ulcers.Through the combined action of Tai Chi and decompression insoles, the differences in foot injuries and motor functions between before and after intervention were analyzed and the effects were discussed.Research methods: 13 patients were selected through sports preparation questionnaire, sports taboo standard, and sports load test.At the same time, individual insoles were customized for each patient. Then based on the physical condition of the elderly,Tai Chi was used for 3 months, and intervention was carried out once a day. This paper used relevant instruments to check the indicators, analyzed the changes before and after the intervention, and used Spss21.0 for statistics. The results are as follows:(1)evaluation of ulcer and injury: The measured value was 19.4 ± 6.0 before the experiment and 2.1 ± 1.8 after the experiment. After the experiment,9 patients were cured,3 had obvious effects,1 was effective and 0 ineffective.(2)Propping period index and gait index: propping period index in comparison to pre-experiment,the decline degree of P3 in left foot and P3 in right foot has significant differences;the rise degree of P4 in left foot and P4 in right foot has significant differences.Compared with the pre experiment, there are significant differences in the increase of step length, the increase of step speed and the decrease of foot axis angle, and the decrease of step width.(3)Two foot standing balance index: the reduction degree of X-AS,Y-AS,X-SS and Y-SS of the two feet standing balance index with eyes open is significantly different from that of the pre-experiment;the reduction degree of SL,ES and X-SS of the two feet standing balance index with eyes closed is significantly different from that of the pre-experiment.(4)Bearing area and pressure of each division of the foot: the bearing area of each division of the left foot is significantly different from that of the pre-experiment,with the decrease of MH2-3 and MH4-5 in the left foot;the decrease of LH in the left foot has very significant difference;the increase of T2-5 in the left foot has very significant difference.Compared with that of the pre-experiment,the decent of MH4-5,the increase of MH and LH,and the increase degree of MH2-3 has significant differences.Compared with that of the pre-experiment,the decrease degree of MH4-5 and LH is significantly different, and the decrease degree of MH2-3 and MH is very significant.Compared with that of the pre-experiment,the decrease degree of MH4-5 and MH to have significant difference, and the decrease degree of MH2-3 and LH have very significant difference. Conclusion: Through the combined use of decompression insoles and exercise, the patient's foot injury recovery and exercise function have been improved. The degree of ulcer pain was significantly reduced, and the ulcer basically healed;there were significant changes in the gait and support phases, and they tended to be more normal. The improvement of the balance ability of the eyes with open eyes shows that the balance ability of the eyes is obviously improved, but the balance ability of the eyes is not changed. The patient's plantar contact area has also been improved, and the increased contact area is conducive to the reduction of pressure. On the other hand, the redistribution of pressure will further improve the plantar pressure of the patient.
