A Preliminary Study On The Establishment And Application Of Evaluation Index System For The Development Potential Of Mountain Sports Tourism In County

Mountain sports tourism has the characteristics of tourism,fitness,leis,advent,and sports.It meets the needs of consumer groups for fitness and leis.Under high-intensity work press,mountain sports tourism has gradually become a gold signboard for county governments to attract investment and develop the economy.However,in the development of mountain sports tourism,without the scientific evaluation and rational planning of mountain sports tourism resources,blindly following the trend will cause vicious competition of homogenous resources,low social and economic benefits.The result is regional development.Unbalanced,the economic gap has increased.Therefore,it is extremely important to build a scientific and practical evaluation index system for mountain sports tourism development potential.This paper takes the county area as the research scope,finds the relevant theoretical basis,uses the expert consultation method,the principal component analysis method,the frequency statistics method to optimize and filter the index,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to construct the evaluation index system of the mountain sports tourism development potential;Taking Panzhou City,Chishui City,Xingyi City and Leishan County as research cases,the indicator system was applied to practice,and the development potential of mountain sports tourism in the study area was evaluated.The main research results of the paper are as follows:(1)Based on the characteristics of mountain sports tourism resources and the degree of association and subordination among various factors,this paper divides the four levels of the target level,the comprehensive level,the criterion level and the indicator level.The target layer is the evaluation of the development potential of mountain sports tourism in the county;the comprehensive layer contains three factors: the potential of mountain sports tourism resources,the endowment potential of mountain sports tourism,and the development support potential of mountain sports tourism;the criteria layer includes natural resources,human resources,location conditions,and participation.Values,social resources,marketing methods,other additional resources,educational value,and ornamental value 9 factors;Based on the influencing factors or dominant factors of similar documents,the frequency statistics method was used to summarize and use the idea of cumulative contribution rate of principal component analysis sieves to determine and determine a total of 24 indicators.Combining with the actual situation of the text,define the concrete meaning of each index of the index layer in this article.(2)Citation analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to construct the assessment index system for the development potential of mountain sports tourism in the county.The weight of each indicator was calculated with yaahp10.3 software.The weight relationship of the comprehensive layer factors was determined as the mountain sports tourism own resource potential(0.6491)> mountain sports tourism development.Support potential(0.2790)> Mountain sports tourism endowment potential(0.0719).The expression ability of the criteria layer to the integrated layer is respectively ornamental value(0.1157),participation value(0.4878),education value(0.0457);natural resources(0.0481),human resources(0.0063),other additional resources(0.0175);0.0201),location conditions(0.1811),and social resources(0.0778).Among the 24 specific indicators,Advent.s Challenge(0.4268),Geographical Location(0.1422),Attraction(0.1041),and Mountain Sports Skills(0.0610)have higher weights,whi.other indicators have slightly lower weight,but Can not be ignored either.(3)Select Panzhou City,Chishui City,Xingyi City and Leishan County as demonstrations,applying the evaluation index system of mountainous area sports tourism development potential constructed in this paper,calculating the comprehensive score of mountain sports tourism development potential in each county,and drawing four counties The development potential of mountain sports tourism Chishui City> Xingyi City> Panzhou City> Leishan County.This result shows that the actual development of mountain sports tourism in four counties and cities is basically consistent,which reflects the reasonableness of evaluation options and the determination of index weights.
