| With the rapid development of urbanization, urban and rural construction of mountainous plateau enters a period of accelerated development. Because high mountain complex terrain, mountains and valleys, topography, slope, elevation, vertical zonality feature is obvious and changes quickly, all of them cause that mountain urban and rural spatial uneven distribution of resources, regional linkage is not strong, public infrastructure layout difficulties, living space scattered layout, highlighted the issue of the imbalance between urban and rural development. How to focus on the analysis of the vertical differentiation in the process of mountain development and construction has become a prominent issue mountain plateau urban spatial construction urgent, in the process of mountain development and construction, pay attention to the analysis on the vertical differentiation has become a prominent issue of mountain plateau urban spatial construction urgently.By taking Dali Binchuan county towns, Qiao Dian Zhen Lau Yi Xiang as example, taking the construction of urban and rural space of traditional village as the research object, based on the perspective of village planning, combinating geography, economics, planning, statistics and other related knowledge, taking the relative altitude into high altitude, high altitude area, in low altitude area, the relative elevation is divided into middle low altitude area,middle higher altitude area and high altitude area, this paper analyzes22administrative villages in rural spatial planning and villages under the jurisdiction of the vertical distribution characteristics and influencing factors, and make recommendations to protect and planning.This paper consists of four major components.The first part includes the first, the two chapter, the research background, research review, research framework are discussed, and the related concepts and the research scope and the relative elevation is divided into different regions were defined. The paper consider the overall urban and rural construction, in the space of the "village" as the research object, according to the division of altitude related research, proposed dividing standard of different region (1300-1600M in low altitude, high altitude area in 1600-1800M,1800-2500M high altitude area), and in Binchuan County of the study area are briefly outlined.The second part includes the third chapter, using the village planning, statistical analysis and classification methods of the study area (towns, Qiao Dian Zhen Yi Xiang, Raoul) in different altitude area of village space (size, industry, public facilities) investigated the vertical distribution characteristics, and lays the foundation for the factors affecting the analysis of the fourth chapter.The third part includes the fourth chapter. The factors of spatial village vertical differentiation effects are discussed, and the influence of Plateau Mountain Urban Spatial vertical differentiation largest factors:mainly natural factors, such as terrain, slope, elevation.
