The cultivation of students' core literacy is the focus of current education reform,scientific inquiry is an important part of physical core literacy,experimental inquiry is an effective way to promote the development of students' scientific inquiry ability.However,there are still many problems in the actual experimental teaching.For example,the limitation of experimental conditions makes experimental teaching can not be effectively carried out,the single teaching method causes students to have less interest in experiments,the traditional test-oriented education concept has curbed the development of students' innovative thinking.The existence of these problems makes the teaching quality of experimental teaching not guaranteed,and has a negative impact on the cultivation of students' core literacy.With the development of information technology,virtual experiment becomeas a new experimental form which has unique value and advantages in reform and innovativation of experimental teaching,it can break through the limitation of experimental equipment and classroom time and space,and provides an effective way to solve the above problems.How to design exploratory experimental teaching activities based on virtual experiments to improve the level of students' experimental inquiry ability needs to be discussed in depth.Under the guidance of constructivist learning theory,activity theory,embodied cognitive theory and situational learning theory,this study uses NOBOOK virtual experiment as the technical support environment,combined with the functions of NOBOOK virtual experiment and the characteristics of exploratory experiment,proposed six principles of exploratory experimental teaching activity design based on virtual experiment,and constructs the design framework of exploratory experimental teaching activities from three stages:pre-analysis,teaching activity design and teaching evaluation design.This study adopts the action research method,selects two exploratory experimental cases in the high school physics compulsory one,conducts two rounds of teaching practice,iteratively optimizes the design of teaching activities,and conducts teaching through questionnaires,student interviews,internship reports,teacher evaluation scales,etc.The effect was evaluated to verify the effectiveness of the design framework.The research results show that virtual experiment provides technical support for the exploratory experimental teaching activities,and enhances the students' interest and learning effect on physics experiments;Based on the virtual experiment,teachers need to have better classroom control ability and informatization teaching level;Teachers should design appropriate learning resources and learning guidance in virtual experiment teaching;Reasonable role design and division of labor can effectively improve the efficiency of the experimental classroom;In the case of real experimental conditions,it is necessary to follow the principle “can do real experiments without virtual experiment,using virtual experiments to aid real experiments”.
