Problems are the source of thought and problem posing is one of the seven factors of scientific research. A new task facing the educators on the background of educational reform in the new era is to cultivate the questioning sense and problem posing ability of students. This paper researches on how to strengthen the questioning sense and problem posing ability of students. Firstly, the instructional model and cultivation approach of how to cultivate the questioning sense and problem posing ability of students appropriately is researched on from the theoretical aspect; then the influence of such instructional model and cultivation approach on the questioning sense and problem posing ability of students are verified in the practice of education. The main results obtained from the research are as follows:I. To induce students to pose problems in relevant situations and guide them to carry out communication about the problems and then seek the solutions, and raise new problems during the process of solving problems or after the original one is dealt with so that the learning activity can become a dynamic process for the students to make exploration continuously.II. The process for students to pose problems is an activity involving many complex parts like cognition, emotion, strategy application and so on. In different research orientation and the process of deepening the research in the respective field, there is little reference and connection among the researches, in the research on the problem posing of students, the teachers shall pay attention to interfere in the students' activities comprehensively.III. For the self-questioning directing to the self learning strategy and the questing asking and help seeking directing to others regulation strategy, different standards could be worked out and such standards may be evaluated through quantized means.IV. The "problem-situation" instructional model designed in the research can improve the self-problem posing ability of students in the physics classes in the aspects of increasing the quantity and enhancing the level of the problems posed, and primarily reflected in the students' ability to pose deep physical problems.
