Study On The Dynamic Mechanism Of The Development Of Community Basketball In Jiaozuo City

This paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics.Taking the dynamic mechanism of the development of community basketball in Jiaozuo City as the research object,and taking the community basketball players in four municipal districts of Jiaozuo City and the staff of Jiaozuo City Sports Bureau,City Basketball Association and Community Street as the research object.Based on the investigation of the current situation of the development of community basketball in Jiaozuo City,the dynamic mechanism of the development of community basketball in Jiaozuo City was studied and analyzed.Relying on the relevant theories and methods of sociology and sports,this paper puts forward some suggestions to optimize the dynamic mechanism of community basketball in Jiaozuo city in view of the existing problems.This research is devoted to further promote the development of Jiaozuo Basketball City and improve the key problems existing in the development process of urban community basketball through the investigation and analysis of Jiaozuo area and the study of the dynamic mechanism of the development of urban community basketball.At the same time,it provides a theoretical reference for other areas to carry out community basketball activities,and also for the development of regional mass sports activities.The theoretical research has played a good role in guiding the development of urban community basketball and even the whole mass sports,and has played a positive role in the development of national fitness activities.Research conclusions:1.The driving factors of the development of community basketball in Jiaozuo city basically come from four main bodies,namely,individuals,families,communities and society;among them,personal factors include emotions and values;family factors include fitness concept,support strength and family economic conditions;community factors include organizational structure,sports atmosphere and facilities;social factors include policy system,social factors.Social resources,public opinion effect and so on;these dynamic factors interact with each other and synergize,constituting the dynamic transmission structure of the system,driving the development of communitybasketball in Jiaozuo City.2.The dynamic influence of community basketball in Jiaozuo city mainly concentrates on the insufficiency of social factors and community factors.Specifically,it can be elaborated as: imperfect system,insufficient propaganda,insufficient resources,contradictions in development,and deficiencies in facilities and other multiple factors.3.The dynamic mechanism of urban community basketball in Jiaozuo involves multiple conditions such as government system guarantee,management system,social capital investment,mass sports operation,participation environment,etc.Many conditions do not exist independently,but are interrelated and interdependent.Therefore,based on the basic situation of Jiaozuo City and the law of basketball development,we should choose the suitable way for the development of community basketball in Jiaozuo City.4.The dynamic mechanism of the development of community basketball in Jiaozuo City is mainly the dynamic structure of the interaction and cooperation between community residents,families,community sports organizations and society.Specifically,it is explained as follows: the driving force is composed of individual,family,community,society and transmission factors,state,culture,economy and interests;Research recommendations:1.The administrative departments implement the national policies and promote the development of urban basketball through formulating systems.In terms of policy implementation,relevant departments should effectively strengthen the implementation and maintenance of the system,establish an effective safeguard mechanism,and effectively implement their responsibilities to all communities.2.Strengthen the integration of administrative system and sports system.Strengthen the deep integration of the two systems,give full play to their respective advantages,establish a reasonable community basketball development system,formulate perfect rules and regulations,improve work efficiency,and seek the optimal developmentpath,which will play a good role in promoting the development of urban community basketball.3.Increase special financial support and introduce social resources widely.Adopt multi-channel financing means to strengthen the overall construction of urban professional guidance for activities and management of venues and facilities,and bring them into the scope of community infrastructure.
