The New Rural Community Sports Development Condition And The Dynamic Mechanism Research

This study aims at developing a system of developmental requirements for rural community sports and its dynamic mechanism. A huge gap has emerged between China’s countryside and metropolis since her foundation. With the progress both in economy and society of China, the New Countryside Construction has been an important policy under the request of social fairness. Values and meanings of the sports in coummunity also got the recognition in the construction of rural spiritual civilization as it could help neighbours to make friends with each other as well as to promot the harmony relationship within rural community. Considering the situation of rural sport development, a lot of problems and contradictions either in study or practice have come up. To promot a healthy, orderly development for rural community sport, its developmental requriements and dynamic mechnisim shall be got cleared.Through Literature review, expert investigation, Minimum Deviation Strategy, and SPSS data analysis, we could here got the six basic requirements for the development of rural community sports.1) Residents’desire on community sports should be meet ceaselessly, as well as the enhancement of residents’initiative in participating rural community sports,2) An increase in the quality and quantity of community sports elites who could help the ordinary people to attend daily sport,3) The community sports organization should be set up effectively, which could help to integrate and utilize the community sports resources,4) Values of traditional rural sports should be dig out to help condensing residents’ spiritual power,5) Government’s interventions on rural community sports shall be scientific and reasonable, which are adapted to the need for rural sports developments,6) The overall development in community economic and the urbanism of people’s life style. These requirement factors and their relationships composed the environment for the rural community sports development. The dynamic factors (factors driving the development of the rural community sports) lie on these requirement factors and formed the dynamic mechanism by the effect of factors made on each other.
