Study On The Dynamic Mechanism Of Community Basketball In Xi’an

As an important part of mass sports,community sports can improve the living standard of residents by carrying out good community sports and national fitness.As a branch of community sports,community basketball has the characteristics of diverse forms of activities,simple,competitive and entertaining,which greatly attracts all kinds of residents of the community.Participating in community basketball can promote residents’ communication,improve residents’ physical fitness,enrich residents’ life,and be of great significance in relieving mental stress,exercising residents’ team consciousness,strengthening physical fitness,prolonging life and so on.This paper uses literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and other research methods.The dynamic mechanism of community basketball in Xi’an was studied,and community basketball activities in 2 counties in 11 districts and counties under Xi’an were investigated.In view of the problems in the process of development,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the optimization of the power that conforms to the research of the dynamic mechanism of the community basketball game in Xi’an.We will promote the development of community basketball in Xi’an and improve the problems in the development of community basketball.To help the development of community basketball and even the development of community sports,and for the development of national fitness activities play a good positive role in promoting.Research Conclusion:1.Xi’an community basketball development basic situation is: more men than women,the age of 65 years of age and above the largest number of participants;Community residents to participate in basketball is generally in order to strengthen physical fitness,extend life,enhance social experience,open up horizons,enhance team awareness;The main forms of community participation in basketball are half-time and full-court confrontations,as well as shooting practice2.The main problems existing in the development of community basketball in Xi’an are the following aspects: lack of innovation in the way community basketball is carried out;The management system is unbalanced;The basketball court is under-resourced;Lack of publicity and guidance of mass media;Lack of professional basketball technical guidance.3.The construction of the dynamic mechanism of community basketball development in Xi’an mainly includes the structure,function and operation process of the dynamic mechanism.The structure of the power mechanism includes the power subject and the power transmission medium.The power main body is the three levels of community residents,community organizations and the government;the power transmission medium has three ways of interest,culture and information.The function of power mechanism mainly refers to providing moderate power for the development of community basketball in Xi’an.The operation process of the power mechanism developed by community basketball in Xi’an mainly includes power source development,power conversion,and power supervision and feedback mechanism.Research recommendations:1.Pay attention to the main position of the residents of the community.Residents are the main body involved in community basketball,the community should be based on the actual situation and interests of residents,targeted to carry out and organize basketball.Do a good job of publicity,guide community residents to participate in the idea into a motivation to participate,mobilize the enthusiasm of community residents to participate in the development of community basketball in Xi’an City to provide motivation and transformation.2.Enrich the spread of community basketball culture.Through various channels of sports culture publicity and education activities,to mobilize the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of all residents of the community,to create a good community basketball sports environment and atmosphere.3.Improve the problem of equipment for community basketball courts in Xi’an.Government departments should improve the basic conditions of community basketball activities.By adding basketball equipment and facilities,to stimulate the community residents to participate in the enthusiasm,into basketball.4.Build a scientific and reasonable "government-community-residents" monitoring and feedback system,collect and organize all aspects of information in a timely and accurate manner,adjust policies and policies appropriately,and guide the steady development of community basketball in Xi’an.
