Current Situation Of Football Referees In Gansu Province And Training Strategies

Under the current situation that campus football activities are included in the basic national policy,football has also developed rapidly in Gansu Province,but at present the development speed of football referees in Gansu Province is relatively slow,leading to unable to meet the needs of various competitions,so the construction of referees is imminent.This study focuses on the current situation of training football referees in Gansu Province.By using the methods of documentation,investigation,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and comparison,the number and rank of football referees in Gansu Province,geographical distribution,age,occupation,educational background,years of law enforcement,degree of interest in refereeing work,motivation to engage in refereeing industry,registration,training,examination,etc.The status quo of nuclear and promotion is investigated and analyzed,and the following conclusions are drawn:1.There are defects in the management system of the adjudication committee of Gansu Football Association,the staff are not well equipped,the training mechanism of referees,the working files of referees and the construction plan of the echelon of referees are lacking.The overall allocation of referees is not uniform,the number of people is small,the reserve force is insufficient,and there is no normal distribution.For example,there are fewer referees at Gansu level in China Football Professional League,one registered referee of China Football Association at Gansu level,and zero referee lecturers.The total number of referees is less than 500.2.The geographical distribution of registered referees in Gansu Province is mainly concentrated in Lanzhou,the provincial capital.The overall age tends to be younger,because of the lack of professional leadership,football referees mainly come from physical education teachers and college students majoring in football,in addition,the number of women referees in Gansu Province is relatively small.3.At present,referees' law enforcement years are concentrated between 1-4 years.The referees are very interested in refereeing work.99% of football referees think that they should organize regular training of refereeing work.The training of referees mainly focuses on the accumulation of experience,the improvement of the ability to control the competition,theoretical study,psychological quality training,physical training methods and so on.4.Gansu Football Association has fewer opportunities to organize referees to go out to study and communicate with each other.There is no strict system for referee management,the training of young referees is not enough,and less attention is paid to grass-roots referees.5.The amateur football players in Gansu Province are satisfied with the law enforcement work of the referees in Gansu Province.Amateur athletes pay attention to the referee's law enforcement work,mainly focusing on professional ethics,professional experience,ability to control competition and other aspects.
