Research On The Application Of Marxist Humanist Thought In The Management Of Students In Colleges And Universities

Marx was a great mentor to the proletariat and working people around the world and a pioneer of the international communist movement.He devoted his life to the liberation of all mankind and attached great importance to the free and all-round development of the human being.His humanistic thought has great significance and influence on the management of students in our country.Through analyzing and studying the present situation and problems of college student management,this paper actively explores the application of Marx's humanistic thought in college student management,which is conducive to promoting the growth and growth of college students,and promoting the standardization and scientificization of college student management.There are five main chapters in this article,as follows:The first chapter is the background of the research,the current situation of domestic and foreign research,the significance of research,the innovation and lack of research,and the research methods.The research background mainly includes theoretical background and time background.Through reading a lot of literature research,the author finds that the domestic research on Marx's humanistic thought mainly focuses on the content,theoretical origin and characteristics of Marx's humanistic thought.The research on college student management mainly focuses on the problems existing in college student management.Foreign countries mainly focus on the content of Marx's humanistic thoughts,and they also tend to regulate the management of college students in a legal way.The main research subjects of this paper mainly use literature analysis,interview,system analysis and other research methods to carry out.The second chapter expounds the basic concepts of "Marxist humanism" and "college student management".Firstly,it systematically explains the basic content and characteristics of Marx's humanistic thought,and secondly,the subject,object,content,characteristics and function of university student management.The third chapter systematically analyzes the existing problems and the reasons for the current college student management.At present,there are four main problems in the college student management: backward management philosophy,outstanding students 'psychological problems,great negative impact on the network,and unbalanced management.Then from the historical origin and the actual situation of two aspects of specific analysis of the problem.The fourth chapter is the significance of applying Marx's humanistic thought to student management in colleges and universities,mainly from the perspective of students and student management itself.There are three specific meanings.First,it is conducive to promoting students 'all-round development.Second,it is beneficial to improve the efficiency of college student management;Third,it is conducive to building a new type of teacher-student relationship and innovating campus culture.The fifth chapter is the concrete application of Marx's humanistic thought in the management of college students.It is mainly used in the four aspects of ideological guidance,professional learning,daily behavior,social practice,and helping students with difficulties.The first is to strengthen ideological education and raise ideological awareness;The second is to strengthen the exchange and communication between teachers and students in learning and life,and to encourage more;Finally,in the course of students 'social practice,the humanistic care should be strengthened,the management method should be flexible,and a complete student social practice management system should be established.
