General Secretary Hu Jintao proposed "adhere to the people-oriented, establishingcomprehensive, coordinated, sustainable development view, scientific development andpromote all-round economic and social and human development" concept. With thedeepening of China’s reform and opening up, the socialist market economic systemcontinuously improved, the higher education put forward higher requirements, in thetraining process not only pay attention to the cultivation of students’ humanistic quality,but also to improve the quality of the whole nation. The significance of education is"education", in the process of education adhere to the people-centered scientific conceptof development is essential to the development of colleges and universities.In this paper, the problems and causes of the current management system ofuniversities in China exist, use the network survey, on-the-spot investigation, empiricalanalysis and other scientific methods, to master all college students of the existingmanagement system evaluation, analysis of human nature of college students workmanagement mode deeply system. This paper analyzes the connotation of humanisticmanagement, described in detail in view of the necessity of the humanized management,objective analysis on the problems to be solved with the students and students’ learning,interpersonal communication, self awareness and other aspects of the humanizedmanagement mode, comprehensive analysis of the impact of humane management ofuniversity development, construction the correct evaluation of the idea of humanmanagement system, put forward the following views on Management: take the studentas the center, to develop practical rules and regulations; leading cadres at the basic level,close to the ideological situation of young students; teachers students, understandstudents’ learning situation; strong counselor team construction, humanized managementstrengthening Counselor’s work; student participation in school management, establishdemocratic participation in school management consciousness; through the example roleof benchmarking, carrying out the independent management mechanism of students; nipin the bud, do freshmen adaptation education; to strengthen the psychological mechanism,guiding according to different age students; enrich the campus life, activity content is oriented on students.This paper aims to humanized management mode, to establish mutual understandingbetween teachers and students, mutual support, mutual cooperation and harmoniousatmosphere by way of management, teach students in accordance with their aptitude,make each student get all aspects of development, let the students have the correct modeof thinking, ways of doing things and strong operation ability unique. Make full use ofthe humanized management mode of management students in the process of management,improve management efficiency, innovation of management idea, to further strengthentheir sense of social responsibility, sense of mission, to serve the society to cultivatetalents with high quality, so as to lead the direction of social development.
