Preschool education is the initial stage of lifelong education and an important foundation for children's later development.Inconsistent with the growth in demand for superior preschool education,many problems are still existed in the quality and management of preschool education.Preschool education supervision is an important means to ensure the implementation of education laws,regulations and policies.Also,it is a kind of operation mechanism for government to strengthen supervision,as well as guarantee the goal realization of preschool education.Carrying out research on preschool education supervision of county-level government and its operation process,which aims not only to understand the operational forms and institution performance within the institution through institutional combing on preschool education supervision institution,but also to improve the scientific level of government preschool education management on this basis.Then,to promote preschool education develop to a higher level of q,uality.Specifically,the basic research content is as follows:First of all,review the research situation of foreign and domestic education as well as preschool education supervision,then to propose the issue of county-level preschool education supervision institution research.Besides,explore the evolution of the preschool education supervision institution in China.And according to the characteristics and actual needs of the county preschool education supervision,the relevant research has been done.In addition,take the L district of Shantou city,Guangdong province as an example,making an analysis on the progress status of county-level preschool education institution.This paper starts from the current status and problems of kindergarten supervision in L district,Shantou city,Guangdong province.And conduct the analysis on the operating mechanism of regular supervision,special supervision and comprehensive supervision through on-site research,questionnaires and interviews.Analyze the supervision performance of these three institution form as well as preschool education supervision on L district from the perspective of suitability between institution form and institution goals.The result shows that there is tension between supervisory tasks and administrative resources,tension between supervisory teams and functional requirements,and tension between unified policies and individual needs.Finally,this paper puts forward suggestions on iproving the organization of preschool education supervision organizations,strengthening the construction of preschool education supervision team,implementing classification supervision and so on to improve the effectiveness of county preschool education supervision institution.It is expected that the research results of this paper will be beneficial to further improve the preschool education supervision in the county and play its due function truly.
