The approach to the education development is about what can be the standpointof impetusing education development. Education is a transforming process for aperson from "the individuality" to "the sociality", the article is such a research onwhat's the core way to deal with this kind of paradox. The approach to the educationdevelopment decides whether the trained person by education is full, completely andwhether education can undertake the historical heavy responsibility to raise human.The full text altogether divides into six chapters to talk about "the institutionapproach to the Chinese education development".Part one. This chapter is about the tracing the history of the approach to theeducation development with reconsidering. On one hand, the approach hasexperienced three phases which is called the "experience", "theory" and "individualcommunication";on the other hand, the writer points out "the individual approach" atpresent has the tendency of causing the educational development to refall into thedifficulty position. So the paper proposes the reforming of "the institution approach tothe Chinese education development".Part two. This chapter is about the theory understanding of "the educationinstitution" from three aspects: the connotation, the essence, the characteristics. Itsconnotation refers that "the public education order" is approved initiatively by peopleaccording to "the official educational system";its essence is not the absoluterationality or modern unreasonable or the individual rationality, but is the publicrationality;its characteristics include the unification of "the history and the present,for the people and the non-personality, the intolerance and the compulsory , thespontaneous and the construction, the limited rationality and absolute choose" and soon.Part three. This chapter is about the rationality examining of the "the institutionapproach to the Chinese education development". The rationality examining isdivided into the exterior and interior inspection. From the frontage the article pointout the education has the seek of "the public rationality";from the reverse side thearticle point out the education produces erroneous zone of "the individual rationality";finally the article concentrates on the dialectical relations of "the public rationalityand individual rationality" in education.Part four. This chapter is about the analysis of some influence factors whichforms "the institution approach to the Chinese education development". The influencefactors mainly include three aspects: the institution spirit, the institution rule, and theinstitution strength. Through the analysis of present situation, the article discovers thatthe reason to cause the above present difficulty situation mainly lies in "the institutionrule".Part five. This chapter is about the construction of "the institution approach tothe Chinese education development" from the aspect of "the principle". According tothe basic basis of "the human and the system", as well as the primary standard of "asfar as possible full" and "as far as possible benefit to each other", the article proposesthe constructive principle of "the institution approach to the Chinese educationdevelopment" is "grade in the pluralism".Part six. This chapter is about the construction of "the institution approach to theChinese education development" from the aspect of "the strategy". Under theprinciple of "grade in the pluralism", "the strategy" to construct "the institutionapproach to the Chinese education development" is: first to implement that the coreobject is the knowledge institution domain;then to implement the core strategy isdesign array of "structurelevel".In one word, "the institution approach to the Chinese education development"proposed in this article has more complete unfolding, and I hope this theory fresh ideacould unfold its true practice charm in educational reality.
