The attention to the current situation of cultural response in Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teaching is to improve the academic achievements of ethnic minority students,their ability to adopt to the mainstream and national society,and finally achieve the goal of bilingual teaching and constantly improve the quality of bilingual teaching in the process of concerning students' cultural background and life experience,with the assistance of teaching idea and strategy in the cultural response teaching.Through the in-depth classroom observations in bilingual teaching,the research studies the present situation of cultural response in bilingual teaching and observes the relevant understanding and feelings of teachers and students.And then after analyzing the problems and causes in bilingual teaching applying the method cultural response,relevant measures should be proposed.Following are some problems in the present situation of cultural response in the Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teaching: firstly,being lacking in related training and studying awareness with an inconsistent understanding to bilingualism,teachers cannot easily develop the bilingual and bi-cultural context in teaching,including other problems in teachers' time,energy and competence;secondly,the single teaching mode has lost its significance in bilingual teaching with a large gap and a single method in learning culture for students;Thirdly,the textbooks are not close to students' life and also unappeasable problem about students' development and cultural inheritance.Thus,a study to bilingual teaching from the perspective of cultural response should bring us some reflections and enlightenment.Confronted with such above problems and causes,the research puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions.Teachers need to participate in relevant training and constantly enhance the awareness of studying so as to improve their bilingual and bi-cultural competence.And the creation to the context of bilingual and bi-culture in teaching should also be in great significance.As for students,they need to broaden their horizons,increase opportunities for contact with mainstream culture,break through the constraints of closed management in schools,and acquire moreabundant ways to learn cultural knowledge,also study with the teaching mode in higher matching degree in order to narrow the bilingual gap for common improvement and acquire more cultural knowledge after breaking through the restriction of closed school management.In addition,the Textbook Compilation Institutions should be more concerned about students with a more close communication to classroom teachers and specialists for the application of cultural response in teaching.In brief,only with the joint efforts of teachers,students and textbooks can the application of appropriate and proper cultural response to bilingual teaching be a reality.And it can also improve the current situation of bilingual teaching,enhance the ability to run national schools and cultivate ethnic minority talents with both Min and Han skills,in which the mainstream culture will be wide and deep in national minority people's heart with an inheritance to national culture in the way of "living".
