Xingyiquan is the four famous fists of Chinese martial arts,covering all aspects of medicine,philosophy and traditional health care.As one of the four famous Chinese boxing fists,Xingyiquan contains China's excellent traditional culture and national spirit,which is the essence of our historical development.The Xingyiquan inheritance has a long history.It has experienced many years of vicissitudes in the cold weapon era.It has been gradually formed and passed down through combat combat.According to the existing data,it has been more than three hundred years old.The Xingyiquan,which is currently circulating in the Chinese folk,should be the content of the reform of the Xingyiquan movement technology in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties,and it is the product of the Shanxi merchant culture.The School of Information,Shanxi Agricultural University in Taigu,Shanxi Province is the earliest to use Xingyiquan as a compulsory course.It is of great significance to the teaching and research of Xingyiquan in colleges and universities.A flipped classroom,also called "reversing the classroom," means that the teacher flips or reverses the traditional teaching process in time and space.Students learn independently before class,interact with teachers and students in the class,internalize and absorb,and strengthen new teaching models after class.Since 2011,the flipping classroom has been understood by many excellent teachers and has become a hot topic of discussion.This new teaching model has been valued by the global education community.Today,as the network is growing,flipping classrooms have gradually attracted the interest of scholars from all over the world,causing a wide range of discussions and debates.Taking the School of Information of Shanxi Agricultural University as the research object of this subject,the theory,method and effect of Xingyiquan in the implementation of flip classroom teaching in ordinary colleges and universities were actively discussed.Based on the expert interview method,the literature method and the experimental method,on the basis of the teaching mode and its constituent elements,the theoretical basis of the flip classroom teaching mode is discussed in depth.Furthermore,the theories and methods of the teaching of Xingyiquan in colleges and universities under the flipping classroom are discussed and discussed through the teaching experiment of Xingyiquan.Therefore,the effectiveness and disadvantages of the Xingyiquan teaching in colleges and universities under the classroom teaching mode are proposed.This research takes the School of Information of Shanxi Agricultural University as the research object,and studies the Xingyiquan teaching in colleges by flipping the classroom teaching mode.The purpose is to promote the development of Chinese excellent traditional martial arts in colleges and universities,and promote and inherit China's excellent traditional martial arts culture.Provide a theoretical reference for the promotion and development of form consciousness.
