A Study About Implementation Path Of Effective Combination Moral Education And Legal Education For College Students In A New Era

As a vital part of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,the combination of moral education and legal education for college students is beneficial to the improvement of their moral literacy and legal belief.Based on two aspects of background and current situation include the national governance strategy of combining the rule of virtue and law and the moral and legal recognition,emotion,awareness and behavior of college students,our study,with strong necessity and actuality,specified the target of combining moral education and legal education,and promoted the integration in all aspects.Guiding college students to establish a consensus on the value norms and practices is the key point of the combination of moral education and legal education for college students.It refers to that we should abide by moral codes and legal norms from inside rather than influenced by compulsive criterion from outside,at the same time,we are willing to improve the moral quality and the spirit of law in order to guide our practice,rather than driven by profit and regulation.The study,which is synthetically utilized the research technique of literature analysis and questionnaire investigation,stated the meaning of the combination of moral education and legal education for college students,and clarified the logical relationship between them on three levels,including the complementarity of moral and law on the function,mutual penetrability,the intercommunity of moral education and legal education,furthermore cleared the essential and fundamental target.The writer investigated the current situation of the combination of moral education and legal education for college students from five universities in Beijing.The results showed that:l)nowadays the majority of college students owned supported idea and high expectation of the combination of moral and legal education,but the Initiative and enthusiasm in partieipation is not strong,and the action and moral-legal consciousness is not agreed;2)the detail and form should be improved further because of the inadequacy of course teaching.Finally,we proposed suggestion on the implementation path of effective combining moral education and legal education for college stUdents from three dimensions,including focus and rely on the strength of college and the course,arouse the energy of individual self-education of college students.The study achievement enriched the theoretical system of effective combination of moral and legal education,supported the methodology of the implementation path of effective combining moral education and legal education for college students,and helpfully achieve the all-round development of college students.
