Our school physical education supervision system consists of three parts: supervision over administration,learning,assessment and monitoring.Among them,the link of assessment and monitoring,as an important part of school physical education management,plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the development of school physical education in China.In 2012,the promulgation of the "Regulations on Education Supervision" marked the beginning of a new period of the assessment and monitoring of school P.E.system.And the issuance of "Measures for the Supervision and Assessment of P.E.Work in Primary and Secondary Schools" in 2017 has pushed the assessment and monitoring of Chinese school P.E.supervision system to a higher level.The notice on "Measures for accelerating the development of assessment and monitoring of school education supervision system in the central and western regions" once again reflects the importance of the assessment and monitoring system.In this context,it is of great significance to study the assessment and monitoring of school P.E.supervision system.The reason why the paper regards Japan as a comparative object comes from two reasons.First,China's modern academic system is based on the Japanese academic system.China and Japan have certain origins in education supervision.Second,Japan has a history of more than one hundred years of education supervision,and its development in the assessment and monitoring of school P.E.supervision system is relatively mature,so the reference value is strong.This paper takes the comparison of school sports supervision,evaluation and monitoring in China and Japan as the research object,focusing on the comparison of system mechanism,purpose and task,personnel team,implementation method and implementation measures.This paper mainly uses the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and comparative analysis method to study the development and the research foundation of the assessment and monitoring of Chinese school P.E.supervision,the development and the research foundation of Japanese school P.E.supervision evaluation monitoring,compare the laws,regulations,system guarantees and institutions between China and Japan,also analyze their subjects and objects,the contents and methods of their assessment and monitoring,and the construction and training of their supervisors.Through the research,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)There are many differences in the assessment and monitoring of Chinese school P.E.supervision between China and Japan;(2)There are slight differences in the establishment of school P.E.supervision institutions between China and Japan;(3)There are certain differences between the subjects and the objects used by assessing and monitoring;(4)The content,methods and scope of the assessment and monitoring of school P.E.supervision in China and Japan are slightly different;(5)The professionalization of the assessment and monitoring personnel between in China and in Japan is different;(6)The public participation of the sports supervision between in China and in Japan is different.
