Study On The Construction Of Social Sports Instructors In Xinxiang City

Social sports instructors play the role of instructors,propagators,organizers,and leaders in the development of national fitness.They are also the defenders of public sports venues and facilities.It is an important force in promoting the sustainable development of the national fitness industry.The construction of social sports instructors in Xinxiang City is constantly developing.In recent years,Xinxiang City has taken the premise of expanding the base of social sports instructors,aiming at optimizing the structure of social sports instructors and improving the quality of guidance.This paper takes the construction of social sports instructors in Xinxiang City as the research object,and uses the literature data method,investigation method,mathematical statistics method,logic analysis method to study the team construction of social sports instructors in Xinxiang City,the Xinxiang City Sports Bureau,the physical education department of each district and the physical education department,and the guidance staff of the social sports instructor.The following results,conclusions,and recommendations are made.Research results:(1)The number of social sports instructors in Xinxiang City is gradually increasing;(2)Xinxiang City social sports instructors guiding the project coverage is relatively wide,but the supply subject is single,and the team structure is unreasonable,so management of the system needs to be improved;(3)The utilization rate of sports land in Xinxiang City is low,and the venue equipment is seriously damaged;(4)Xinxiang City Sports Bureau will hold many large-scale national fitness activities and individual mass sports competitions every year.Research conclusions:(1)Xinxiang urban social sports instructors come to the original channel with a single channel;(2)Xinxiang urban area cultivates social sports instructors with distinct grades,but the training content is simple and the assessment is not strict;(3)It initially formed the organization and management process of social sports instructors in Xinxiang City,but the implementation was not enough;(4)Remuneration expenses,venues,time,guidance objects and guiding projects were the main factors affecting the service guidance of social sports instructors in Xinxiang City.According to the above problems and combining with the actual situation of Xinxiang urban area,the following suggestions are proposed:(1)It is strengthen the construction of social sports instructors,and we should pay attention to the overall quality of social sports instructors;(2)We should increase the supply mode of social sports instructors,and improve the management system of social sports instructors;(3)It is improved as the utilization rate of sports land,and we should repair or replace worn-out equipment;(4)We should diversify the investment of social sports instructor team and increase publicity.
