| Since our traditional football reserve talent training system is not integrated into the education environment,the cultural literacy of our football players is generally not high.It is often difficult for society to develop after retiring or being eliminated by youth training.The rhythm of modern football’s offensive and defensive transition is getting faster and faster,and good cultural literacy can also help them better understand the coach’s technical and tactical arrangements in sports.Some middle schools in the Xinxiang urban area have integrated education system and sports system resources,and used the "integration of teaching and sports" model to train football reserve talents.This article mainly uses interviews,questionnaires and other methods to investigate the current situation of "recombination of teaching and physical education" in the cultivation of football reserve talents in middle schools in Xinxiang urban area.At the same time,I also visited the schools to find out the problems and find solutions to them.Develop and improve the "combination of teaching and sports" in Xinxiang urban middle schools to cultivate football reserve talents,and promote the cultivation of young football talents in Xinxiang.The main conclusions are as follows:1.During the implementation of the combination of education and physical education in the middle school of Xinxiang City,the learning and training time schedule of athletes is not reasonable,and there is no cultural teacher to follow the team when going out to play,resulting in the emergence of contradictions in learning and training.2.The coaching level of coaches needs to be improved.There are too few B-level coaches;most coaches lack high-level game experience;the coaches are not satisfied with their salary and treatment.3.The funding for football activities in some schools is tight,and the source channel is relatively single.The government funding alone cannot meet the needs of going out for games and training.Xinxiang City No.2 Middle School explored the development path of "combination of education and sports + enterprises",which is worthy of reference for schools.4.The formation of the “one-stop ” training and selection system for elementary school-junior high school-high school in Xinxiang No.2 Middle School is the key to continuous good achievements in recent years.The remaining schools need to be improved in echelon talent construction.5.The city’s competition is organized in a single form,and some schools have insufficient numbers of competitions each year.Most of them are mainly municipal competitions,and the quality of competitions cannot be improved.In view of the existing problems,the following suggestions are proposed:(1)Schools should pay more attention to athletes ’cultural classes.When players go out for training and competitions,arrange cultural class teachers and teams,and coaches and cultural class teachers should strengthen communication at school,and allocate learning and reasonable Training time;(2)Each school strengthens publicity,attracts social enterprise capital injection,and raises funds through multiple channels;(3)The education department and the sports department jointly negotiate that the city can be divided according to a certain area,and the "integration of education and sports" network can be rationally arranged To help schools form a one-stop training and selection system for elementary school-junior high school-high school;(4)select excellent coaches for the whole society,strengthen the training of football youth coaches,and improve the treatment of youth football coaches;(5)Xinxiang Education Bureau,The Sports Bureau,Xinxiang Football Association,and social enterprises can jointly organize "invitation tournament" games;schools can also actively go to foreign cities to exchange games with high-level teams,and improve the quality of competition by "inviting" and "going out" And quantity. |
