Research On The Education Of College Students' Socialist Core Values From The Perspective Of Rule Of Law

Guidance on Further Integrating Socialist Core Values into the Rule of law construction put forward:"Use laws,regulations and public policies to transmit the correct value orientation to the society and integrate the socialist core values into the construction of the rule of law".Therefore,the combination of the cultivation of moral concepts and the construction of the rule of law system has become the general trend,which opens up a new perspective and creates a new environment for the education of socialist core values of College Students.This article will start with the intermal connection between the rule of law and the education of socialist core values,and use the relevant experience of the rule of law to trigger the reflection on the education of socialist core values for college students.Aiming at the problems existing in the education of socialist core values of College Students,we should make effective use of the guidance,norms and safeguards of laws and regulations to solve the problems existing in the process of education.Improving the sense of college students of identity with the education of socialist core values,Strengthen the effectiveness of socialist core values education.The thesis is divided into six parts:The first part:introduction.The introduction mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research methods and innovations of the education of-socialist core values of College Students from the perspective of the rule of law,and summarizes the research status at home and abroad.The second part:the analysis of related concepts and the elaboration of internal relations.This part mainly defines the basic connotation of the rule of law and the socialist core values education of College students,analyses the internal relationship between the two and elaborates the relevant theoretical basis of this study,which lays the foundation for the study of the socialist core values education of College Students under the rule of law.The third part:Contrastive analysis between China and foreign countries.This part lainly summarizes the characteristics of values education in the United States,France and Germany.By using the comparative analysis method,this paper compares the educational cliaracteristics of foreign countries with the values education of-our country,and obtains the reference and Enlightenment from foreign countries.The fourth part:the analysis of the current situation.This paper analyses the current situation of the socialist core values education of College students from the perspective of the rule of law in China,affirms the effectiveness of the current college students' socialist core values education,and analyses the existing problems in the current socialist core values education from the perspective of the rule of law,including the imperfection of legal culture construction of College Students,the lack of awareness of the rule of law among college students,and the imperfection of the legal guarantee mechanism of socialist core values.The fifth part:the analysis of the current situation.In view of the problems existing in the education of socialist core values of College Students from the perspective of the rule of law,combined with the relevant research on the relationship between socialist core values and the rule of law,through the rule of law,the practice of socialist core values can be changed from "self-discipline" of College Students' inner identity to "heteronomy" of establishing and perfecting the guarantee mechanism of the rule of law,including the construction of the socialist core values education for college students,the strengthening of the rule of law spirit education in the socialist core values education for college students,the promotion of the incorporation of socialist core values into the law,and the improvement of the supervision mechanism of the socialist core values education for college students.The sixth part:conclusion.Focus on the study of this article made a summary,and made a self-summary of the lack of research.
