Research On The Overall Construction Of The Ten-dimensional Education System In Universities From The Perspective Of "Great Ideological And Political Thoughts"

In December 2017,the party group of the Ministry of Education issued the Implementation Outline of the Project to Improve the Quality of Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities,aiming to improve the quality of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.This points out the direction for the development of ideological and political work in colleges and universities of China in the new era:the construction of the Ten-dimensional education system is one of the focuses of ideological and political work in colleges and universities of China at present.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part explains the connotation,characteristics and necessity of "great ideological and political thinking"."Great ideological and political thinking" is a people-oriented education concept,a three-dimensional work pattern,and a necessary state of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.Overall optimization,full participation,platform openness,content pertinence and process penetration are the basic characteristics of "great ideological and political thinking".The ideological and political work in colleges and universities is devoted to the construction of.great ideological and political" pattern,which is the meaning of the overall Marxist theory,the inevitable requirement of the connotative development of higher education and the strategic measures of the scientific ideological and political work in colleges and universities.The second part discusses the requirements "great ideological and political" put forward on the overall construction of university Ten-dimensional education system.The requirements put forward by "great ideological and political thought" include more systematic coupling of work system,more diversified and high-quality participants,more scientific and reasonable supply structure and more sound and powerful operation mechanism.The third part analyzes the existing problems and reasons of the construction of the Ten-dimensional education system in universities under the real situation.The gap between the Ten-dimensional education system in colleges and universities is mainly reflected in the inharmonic in human beings,insufficiency in education resources,unscientificity in education system and imbalance in the overall construction of the educational system.The reasons are analyzed from five aspects including the traditional ideological and political work system,interest incentive mechanism,ideological and political workers,construction theory and educational environment.The fourth part is the path optimization of the overall construction of the Ten-dimensional education system in colleges and universities,which is also the focus of this thesis.The concrete operation mode of Ten-dimensional education system is further optimized from four aspects.First of all,the prominent value guidance is the"forerunner" of the overall construction of the Ten-dimensional education system.Secondly,the field of overall education is the "support" of the overall construction of the Ten-dimensional education system.Thirdly,adhering to thinking innovation is the"driving force" of the overall construction of the Ten-dimensional education system.Finally,building "community" is the "key" of the overall construction of the Ten-dimensional education system.
