Howard Gardner,a psychologist and educator at Harvard University in the United States, proposed the theory of multiple intelligences in 1983,which attracted the attention of all walks of life.He found that this theory has had a profound impact on the development of education and has been applied to education in various parts of the world, thus promoting the reform and development of the education system. After the introduction of multiple intelligences,it has attracted the attention of many experts and scholars. They have been used in teaching practice and have achieved good results, providing some theoretical support for the development of education in China. In recent years, this theory has been widely applied to various fields of sports, providing a direction for the reform of physical education curriculum. This theory has also been mentioned many times in the practice research of aerobics teaching. However, the integration of multiple intelligences in the research of competitive aerobics training The concept is rarely involved. Therefore, this study uses multiple intelligences as the theoretical support. While adhering to the traditional training methods,it adds the theory of multiple intelligences to the training of athletic aerobics students in the Sichuan Provincial College Entrance Examination.Design corresponding content, use corresponding methods and means to stimulate and enhance students' multiple intellectual potentials, effectively improve the quality of training, and comprehensively improve students' competitiveness, which is important for cultivating students' core sports quality and cultivating students' comprehensive quality. The practical significance. This study uses literature, questionnaire, training empirical method, comparative analysis, expert interviews, mathematical statistics as research methods to write papers.Combining the theory of multiple intelligences with traditional training methods, this paper makes an empirical study on the students of Competitive Aerobics in Sichuan physical education college entrance examination.Through the comparative analysis of the collected data, the following results are obtained:1.In terms of physical fitness, there were significant differences between the pre-training and post-training in the mediastinum,sit-ups,and triple jump(P<0.05),especially in terms of flexibility and sit-ups(P<0.01).However,the difference at 800 m is not significant(P>0.05),indicating that the multi-intelligence theory has obvious effects on the students' flexibility, core quality and leg explosiveness in training.2.In terms of training results, four stages of testing were carried out,and each training simulation score was gradually increased, indicating that under the guidance of multiple intelligence theory, the growth of competitive aerobics training has a significant effect.3.In terms of intelligence, there is a significant difference in language intelligence, visual space, and music intelligence after training(P<0.01),and significant effects in body movement and self-awareness intelligence(P<0.05),in logical intelligence and natural exploration. There was no significant difference in intelligent interpersonal intelligence(P>0.05).
