| Competitive aerobics is a can well reflect the human speed quality,strength quality and flexible quality project,the complete set of action contains the transition connection,difficulty and movement,need athletes have good body stability,balance,coordination and muscle control to make changeable and complex technical action.Excellent competitive aerobics athletes need strong core strength as the support.Pilates sports can effectively improve their physical stability,improve their body balance ability and adjust their joint flexibility through core strength practice,and assist the athletes to improve their sports technology and movement quality.The research center is around the pilates training on the improvement and influence of competitive aerobics athletes functional movement,dig into the various functions of prates training and the auxiliary role of competitive aerobics training,not only innovated the methods and means of competitive aerobics athletes training,but also provides a more novel for athletes to improve the quality of action training path.This paper uses the literature data method,expert interview method,experimental method and data statistics method,did a lot of preparatory work in the early stage of the experiment,and made a theoretical analysis of the data before and after the experiment.With 10 athletes from the competitive aerobics team of Harbin Normal University as the experimental subjects,targeted Pilates training was conducted for 8weeks,and the functional subjects were evaluated before and after the training.Finally,the results of the two assessments were analyzed statis.The study conclusions are as follows:(1)Pilates training can improve the functional movement assessment score of competitive aerobics athletes;(2)Pilates training can effectively improve the trunk stability ability and joint flexibility of competitive aerobics athletes;(3)Pilates training can effectively improve the balance,coordination and symmetry of competitive aerobics athletes;(4)Competitive aerobics athletes of Harbin Normal University need to strengthen their core stability and joint flexibility. |
