Study On The Influence Of Education Level On Migration Tendency

With the establishment of a socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics,China's domestic labor migration has become increasingly active.In this process,how the level of education of the individual affects the migration decision of the labor force.In this study,the satisfaction of laborers in the city is an intermediary,and the process of the impact of the level of education on the willingness to move labor is analyzed.When the individual labor force makes a migration decision,its satisfaction with the current environment will inevitably affect his willingness to move and affect the entire migration decision.The judgment of a person's satisfaction with the current environment is also affected by his or her own level of education.Ultimately,the level of education indirectly affects the individual's willingness to move through satisfaction.This research mainly explores the following aspects: First,the research on labor migration and satisfaction related theory.Through the combing of relevant theories and literatures at home and abroad,the theories and concepts involved in this research are summarized and summarized,and the research on labor migration theory and satisfaction theory is reviewed.Second,it is the satisfaction model research.Through the analysis of the satisfaction theory,the matching point of satisfaction theory in the field of urban evaluation is found,and the conceptual model and indicator system of urban laborer satisfaction is constructed.Thirdly,a sample survey was conducted with 10 cities in the northeast region as the research object,and an empirical study on the education level,satisfaction and willingness of urban workers was carried out.Correlation analysis and mediation effect analysis were performed by SPSS statistical software.Estimate and test the fitted indicators of the model and hypothesis through the AMOS result equation software.Finally,through mediation effect analysis,adjustment effect analysis and structural equation modeling,the influence of education level on urban workers' satisfaction and migration willingness is investigated.The results show that in the satisfaction model,the expectation of urban workers' satisfaction is most significant,followed by work and employment perception and income perception,education and cultural service perception,medical and health care service perception and vocational training perception to the city.Labor satisfaction has no significant effect.Urban worker satisfaction has a significant negative impact on the willingness to move.Urban laborer satisfaction plays a full mediating role in the relationship between income perception,education and cultural service perception and medical health care perception,and the relationship between urban workers' satisfaction,expectation of work and employment opportunities,and perception of vocational training.The role of some intermediates.In terms of the impact of the level of education on the willingness to move,the level of education has a significant impact on the willingness to move.And in the relationship between the level of education and the willingness to move,the satisfaction of urban workers plays a mediating role.In examining the relationship between education level and urban worker satisfaction,expectations,income perception,education and cultural service perception,medical andhealth care perception,job and employment opportunity perception,and vocational training perception all play a mediating role.And the level of education in the expectation,income perception,education and cultural service perception,medical and health care perception,job and employment opportunity perception,vocational training perception has an adjustment effect on the impact of urban workers' satisfaction,it is this kind of adjustment effect is strong Weakness affects the expectation,income perception,education and cultural service perception,medical and health care perception,job and employment opportunity perception,and vocational training perception of urban laborer satisfaction model have a significant impact on urban workers' satisfaction.This study finds that the dimension of the greater adjustment effect of the level of education,the impact of this dimension on the satisfaction of urban workers is not significant.In the dimension of the small adjustment effect of the education level,this dimension has a significant impact on the satisfaction of urban workers.
