Children Of Migrant Workers In The Main Urban Area Of Chongqing Enter The Kindergarten Demand And Satisfaction Research

Migrant workers are one of the mainstays of urban construction.With the acceleration of urban construction,the demand for labor in cities is increasing,and more and more migrant workers are entering cities to work.As an important city in Southwest China,Chongqing is responsible for revitalizing the economy in Southwest China.With its strong attraction,Chongqing has also attracted more and more migrant workers to work in the city.According to statistics from the Chongqing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in early 2020,there are currently 4.388 million migrant workers in Chongqing,and the number of children who migrate with them is also increasing with the increase in the number of migrant workers.This poses a severe challenge to the infrastructure construction of preschool education in Chongqing.Challenges.How to do a good job in entering kindergartens with children of migrant workers in the main urban area of Chongqing,meet their needs for entering kindergartens,and improve their satisfaction with entering kindergartens.This will not only enable migrant workers to invest in urban construction with greater peace of mind,but also help migrant workers move with them The individual development of children,the promotion of education equity,and even the improvement of the overall national education level are of great significance to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Therefore,this article focuses on the status quo of the needs and satisfaction of migrant workers’ children’s admission to the kindergarten,and analyzes the current main needs and dissatisfaction of the children of migrant workers in the kindergarten,analyzes the main factors affecting satisfaction,and proposes improvement The strategy of the satisfaction of children of migrant workers in the main urban area of Chongqing is to better improve the preschool education environment for children of migrant workers and promote education equity.In this study,the needs and satisfaction of children of migrant workers in the main urban area of Chongqing’s admission to the kindergarten mainly include admission qualifications,admission fees,nature of the park,infrastructure,curriculum,nursery and education teams,homeland cooperation,and child growth in 8 dimensions.This article is based on the nine main urban areas of Chongqing’s main city: Yuzhong District,Jiangbei District,Nan’an District,Jiulongpo District,Shapingba District,Dadukou District,Beibei District,Yubei District and Banan District,9 public parks and 18 private parks.As a sample,the questionnaire was distributed and collected to 170 parents of migrant workers using the "Questionnaire for the Needs and Satisfaction of the Children of Migrant Workers in the Main Urban Area of Chongqing" to collect basic information about the parents of migrant workers and their children.Information about the needs and satisfaction of admission.Then,based on the collected data,descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis,and one-way analysis of variance are used for analysis and processing.Through the analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey,it is found that in terms of the demand for the children of migrant workers to enter the kindergarten,the demand for the qualifications and the cost of entering the kindergarten is the largest.Most migrant workers,due to their busy schedule and lack of understanding of homeland cooperation,said that there is little need for kindergartens to organize parent-child activities,parent-child meetings,and so on.In terms of satisfaction with children of migrant workers entering the kindergarten,satisfaction with the care and education team is relatively high;satisfaction with the nature of the park and the qualifications of entering the kindergarten is the lowest,and a large number of migrant workers believe that public and inclusive kindergartens provide degrees The amount is too small,and there are many conditions and complicated procedures for the admission qualification of public kindergartens,and the registration fee for private kindergartens is too high.Through the analysis and discussion of the survey results,it is found that admission qualifications,admission fees,nursery and education teams,and early childhood education are the main factors affecting the needs and satisfaction of migrant workers.Finally,on the basis of quantitative analysis,this article puts forward suggestions to improve the satisfaction of children of migrant workers in the main urban area of Chongqing.Mainly include improving the policy system,accelerating the construction of public and inclusive kindergartens,enhancing the awareness of the responsibility of management and teachers,increasing the income of migrant workers,and increasing the importance of migrant workers on the preschool education of their children.
