Childhood is the best period for the development of individual social relations,and the experience of childhood abuse will seriously affect the normal communication and learning life of individuals with others in the future,that is,the experience of childhood abuse will affect the growth and development of individual mental health.Social withdrawal is a kind of typical social disorder that exists in the process of individual's communication with peers.It is embodied in the fact that individuals are more inclined to be alone,escape or even afraid of contact with others and other lonely behaviors in the process of social communication.Many existing studies have shown that individuals with experience of abuse are more likely to suffer from inferiority,depression,anxiety,social withdrawal and other problems.As individuals grow older,they are increasingly affected.Therefore,it can be seen that adverse living environment will negatively affect individuals' social activities.As a very important individual resource,social support promotes the healthy development of individual body and mind.Understanding social support is an important concept in the structure of social support,and it is the individual's perception and evaluation of their own social support,which also plays an irreplaceable role in the process of individual socialization.This research,by random cluster sampling method in xinyang city of henan province of 1160 grade 7 to 11 middle school students as subjects,using the questionnaire of childhood abuse "questionnaire of social withdrawal" understanding social support scale "three questionnaires,the questionnaire survey to explore child abuse influence on middle school students' social withdrawal and apprehend the mediating role of social support.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)the child abuse of middle school students is from high to low in the order of physical neglect,emotional neglect,physical abuse,sexual abuse,emotional abuse,abuse in gender,whether the only child,different grades,different economic levels and different family atmosphere,the difference is not significant in different family location.(2)middle school students understand that there are significant differences in social support between single children,different grades,different family locations,different economic levels,and different family atmospheres,but no significant differences in gender.(3)there are significant differences in social withdrawal among middle school students in different grades,different family locations,different economic levels and different family atmospheres,but no significant differences in gender and whether they are the only child.(4)the total score of childhood abuse of middle school students is negatively correlated with perceived social support,positively correlated with perceived social support and negatively correlated with perceived social withdrawal.(5)all dimensions and total scores of middle school students' childhood abuse are significantly negatively correlated with their perceived social support.Emotional abuse,physical abuse and emotional neglect were significantly positively correlated with all dimensions and total scores of social withdrawal,sexual abuse was significantly positively correlated with outliers and social withdrawal,and physical neglect was significantly positively correlated with outliers,avoidance of public speaking and social withdrawal.Perceived social support dimensions and total scores were significantly negatively correlated with social withdrawal dimensions and total scores.(6)understand that social support plays an intermediary role between childhood abuse and social withdrawal of middle school students,and it is partially mediated in emotional abuse and social withdrawal,physical abuse and social withdrawal,emotional neglect and social withdrawal,and completely mediated in sexual abuse and social withdrawal,physical neglect and social withdrawal.According to the results of this study,this study intends to provide valuable practical guidance for the intervention of individual social development with child abuse experience from four aspects,namely,the individual himself,family,school and society.
