In recent years, with the expansion of colleges, the number of students are group rapidly, the employment situation of graduates has become more and more serious. The reasons why graduates can't find jobs can be divided into two aspects. On the one hand, the number of graduates is huge, and the jobs offered by the market are unsatisfactory. On the other hand, the expectations of graduates and inconsistent with the company's job requirements are different.Under the increasingly severe employment situation, college students' self-employment has become the focus of attention of the whole society. However, with the strong support of the government, the entrepreneurship rate of college students has not increased significantly.Based on this situation,it is significance to study college students' entrepreneurial willingness and its influencing factors.Firstly, this paper summarizes the research status of entrepreneurship intention and its influencing factors, and deeply explores the relevant theories of entrepreneurship intention at present, which lays a foundation for the construction of entrepreneurship intention model for students.Secondly,by exploring the theoretical definition and model of entrepreneurship intention, this paper determines that the questionnaire design is carried out from three aspects: personal factors, family background and entrepreneurship environment.By means of stratified sampling and simple random sampling,we can obtain the data needed for the study.According to the descriptive statistical analysis of the questionnaire data,it is found that about 19.7% of the students have entrepreneurial intention. In this paper,we use the data from the questionnaire to construct the Logistic model. We can get the significant factors that affect the entrepreneurial intention of the students. Then we use the stochastic forest model to analyze the importance of these factors.Through the analysis,we can find that gender, grade, family monthly total income, school entrepreneurship culture atmosphere, school entrepreneurship curriculum practicability, school entrepreneurship contest practicability, school entrepreneurship education tracking service practicability, understanding of entrepreneurship policy and the role of e-commerce have significant impact on entrepreneurship intention of school students.Boys are more willing to start their own businesses than girls.Freshmen, sophomores and juniors are less likely to be willing to start a business than PhD students, while seniors and masters are not significantly different from PhD students.School entrepreneurship culture atmosphere, school entrepreneurship curriculum practicability, school entrepreneurship contest practicability, school entrepreneurship education tracking service practicability, understanding of entrepreneurship policy and the role of e-commerce have a positive impact on entrepreneurship intention, high practicability, entrepreneurship intention of school students is strong.Among the nine significant influencing factors, the importance of school entrepreneurship curriculum is the highest, and the importance of grade is the second. With the increase of grade, students' understanding and views on entrepreneurship will change. The third important factor is the understanding of entrepreneurship policy, which shows that students' understanding of entrepreneurship policy has a greater impact on entrepreneurial intention.School entrepreneurship education track service practicability, family monthly total income, school entrepreneurship contest practicability, gender and the importance of e-commerce role decreased in turn, ranked last in the school entrepreneurship culture atmosphere.Based on the above findings, this paper puts forward suggestions for individuals, families, schools and society.
