Group Social Work To Improve The Integration Of Mobile Women's Communities

In the wave of migration in the country in recent years,there is a particularly remarkable social phenomenon: male-dominated social mobility is slowly changing,and the proportion of women in the floating population is getting higher and higher.According to the data,the proportion of floating women in Suzhou has also increased year by year,and the problems of urban adaptation and community integration have become more prominent.The C community is a typical multi-complex community.It has commercial housing plots,demolition and resettlement communities,and old villages.It has both local residents and a large number of migrants,of which the proportion of migrant women is relatively high.How to integrate migrant women into the life of C community is an important issue for community managers.In this study,8 mobile women in the C community were selected as research subjects and intervened by group social work.Through the methods of prequestionnaire survey,semi-structured interview and observation,this paper analyzes the status quo,behavioral adaptation and psychological identity of eight mobile women into the status quo,and concludes that mobile women have adaptation needs,interpersonal needs and identification.Using the social goal model as the theoretical basis,designing seven group activities for problems such as large language integration barriers,different living habits,low interpersonal communication radius,low community participation frequency,low satisfaction with the community,a sense of belonging and poor identity.Improve the spoken and written ability of Suzhou migrants,community interpersonal skills,self-identity,improve community satisfaction,and enhance community identity and sense of belonging.The study found that through the activities,the cultural integration,behavioral adaptation,and psychological identity integration of the eight mobile women were better improved.However,there are currently some professional women who enjoy social workers' professional services.How to enable mobile women to enjoy higher quality community integration services,and put forward some suggestions,from meeting the diverse needs of migrant women,cultivating mobile social workers,and cultivating mobile women.The organization recommended measures in three aspects.
