Research On The Social Integration Of Community Correction Subjects With The Intervention Of Group Social Wor

With the continuous progress and development of society,the idea of people-oriented is deepening,people have a deeper understanding of the humanization of penalty execution trend,community correction has gradually been recognized and valued by the society.On July 1,2020,the community correction law of the People’s Republic of China came into effect,which marked the new era of community correction according to law.At present,community correction has become an important part of our country’s judicial system,one is to reflect the development trend of the humanization of penalty,the other is to promote the object of community correction to return to society more smoothly.Although the objects of community correction can live in the community normally like ordinary people,they are still criminals in identity,and the dilemma makes it difficult for them to integrate into the society.Research has shown that ex-offenders who fail to achieve good social integration are much more likely to reoffend than others.It can be seen that the social integration of the objects of community correction not only affects their own development,but also affects social harmony and stability.Therefore,the issue of social integration of community correction objects has attracted the attention of all sectors of society and the field of social work,and through various methods to help correction objects to achieve re-socialization.Whether the objects of community correction can really know and affirm themselves in the process of integrating into the society is related to whether they can master their self-consciousness and self-development,this will greatly affect their ability to adapt to society,social integration.The social integration of the objects of community correction is a“Continuum” of social integration of psychological construction(micro-level),group interaction(middle-level)and systematic integration(macro-level),psychological construction is the basis of social integration,which originates from individual self-identity,and the self-identity of community correction objects is the key starting point.Only by obtaining a higher self-identity,it is possible to achieve social integration.Based on the difficulties and needs of social integration of special groups of people,this paper selects community correction objects as research objects through on-the-spot investigation,in-depth interview,observation and literature research in Guangzhou X Judicial Institute,based on the self-identity theory,this paper studies the social integration of the subjects of community correction.First of all,the author conducted in-depth interviews with community correction subjects,their families,social workers,and judicial workers,and analyzed them from the perspective of self-identity theory through self-acceptance scale,interviews and participatory observation,this paper analyzes the self-identity of the objects of community correction in the process of social integration from three aspects,one is the individual’s understanding and evaluation of their own physiological state,the other is their understanding and evaluation of their own psychological state;The third is the understanding and evaluation of the relationship between oneself and the surroundings,and the second is the deep consideration of the reasons for the formation of self-identity by combining the qualitative information and the literature at home and abroad,the third is to use the group Social Work Method to intervene the social integration service of the community correction object,help them to change their wrong cognition,weaken the role consciousness of“Criminal”,eliminate the influence of bad emotion,improve their self-identity initially,so as to enhance the enthusiasm and ability of social integration;Finally,the author summarizes the experience of social integration of community correction objects,reflects on community correction services,and puts forward some suggestions.This study explores the use of group social work to intervene in community correction services for community correction objects,it not only provides theoretical enlightenment and practical reference for the special group of community correction objects to return to normal and stable social life,but also accords with the research trend of the future development of social correction in our country,it is also conducive to explore and innovate the social governance model of community correction.
