Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China,general secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed the need to "strengthen the sense of the Chinese nation as a community".The connotation of the sense of community of the Chinese nation is understood as "people can understand that the Chinese ethnic groups are a big family in different environments and situations" and can make contributions to this big family with practical actions.At the same time,the cultivation of the sense of community of the Chinese nation is the concentrated embodiment of the innovative development of general secretary xi's thoughts on ethnic work in the new era.At present,China's international relations and ethnic relations are complex,and there are a variety of problems among ethnic groups,which makes China's security and development face more severe challenges.Therefore,to strengthen the sense of national unity and strengthen the sense of community of the Chinese nation is an important prerequisite for strengthening the cohesion of the Chinese nation and promoting the stability,prosperity and development of China.This article,based on the investigation of the first primary school in wuhan optical valley,through field investigation for schools,combined with literature,questionnaire,interview and so on way to the school to foster community consciousness of the Chinese nation's present situation investigation,analysis the existing problems,and from the state,schools,teachers,students,curriculum and so on five aspects put forward the corresponding countermeasures.the state and relevant departments shall define their responsibilities and guarantee their policies.The state should set up responsible departments and set up detailed requirements,vigorously publicize the cultivation of the sense of community of the Chinese nation,and combine various forces to cultivate the sense of community of the Chinese nation.The civil affairs commission and education department should support the school to carry out relevant activities based on special funds according to the actual situation of the school.Secondly,education bureau should do a good job in supervision to ensure the effective implementation of activities.schools should broaden the ways of cultivating students' sense of Chinese national community.Flexible use of modern information technology means to carry out practical activities popular with students.Schools should strengthen the construction of campus culture and create a good atmosphere.Meanwhile,they should combine art education with quality education and handle the relationship between individual development and comprehensive development.teachers should strengthen their theoretical level and improve their literacy.Teachers should actively carry out training,invite experts to give lectures,communicate,and pay more attention to current affairs and politics.Teachers can actively carry out teaching and research activities to cultivate students' sense of community of the Chinese nation,improve their teaching level,organize demonstration classes,observation classes,or improve their own quality through collective lesson preparation.students should actively establish correct national views and values.Schools should base themselves on guidance,form resultant force,focus on education,follow the law of physical and mental development of children,follow the law of cognition,and actively establish a correct national outlook.school-based courses should be set up to cultivate students' sense of Chinese national community in light of local conditions.School-based courses should be developed in light of local conditions with the classroom as the main position.School-based courses should be developed in combination with the school's own environment and students' age characteristics.This paper investigates and studies the current situation of cultivating the awareness of Chinese national community among primary and secondary school students,analyzes the existing problems in the process of cultivation,and makes contributions to the cultivation of the awareness of Chinese national community among primary and secondary school students.
